C	Cameron Lewis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not overly impressed with the delivery of a bed I ordered. Ordered the bed for Christmas, was not in stock until early January. They delivered the bed in three boxes about 100lbs each. I asked the drivers if they could bring them around to the backyard deck so I could get them into the house easier. They told me they “needed a picture with the boxes next to the house number”, which I agreed to and asked if they could move them to the deck after. They refused and said that they could only leave them on the porch and that I had to deal with them from there. For someone who lives alone, dragging three 100lbs boxes took me about half an hour when it would have taken the drivers 5 minutes. Not impressed with this service at all.
P	Paul Oppong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrendous service here at the here at the Ajax location… my mother came to this location back in February and she has yet to receive her beds that she ordered. We called today and there was no customer resolution whatsoever done to help rectify the issue! We are aware that delivery and supply may take longer then expected but almost 7 months is not acceptable by any means and with no attempt to contact her on this matter is even worse! Avoid coming to places like this…. Your time will be saved and no headaches!
V	Vlada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff at this location. I had to wait 6 months for a desk to be in stock and they updated me with any additional delays in shipments with a call. Once it was in stock, the staff called to schedule a pickup to make sure there was someone available to help us load it into the car because it was VERY heavy.
a	arun jose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furniture store , can find collection different than other stores. Prices are fixed and comparable to Leon's and Bricks. The store is for display mostly. You have to order and they will deliver.
A	Anthony K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A positive sales experience at the Ajax store was completely undone by the rude and condescending behaviour their subcontracted delivery service displayed towards my 75 year old mother. I address the issues to the store directly and have received the most basic of apologies plus a bit of an attempt to shift their delivery guys’ lack of people skills away from him and on to my mother for having the audacity to be surprised at them showing up unannounced and unwilling to bring the furniture indoors. (I was apparently told this at time of purchase but I do not recall that) I had another item on order but I’ll be cancelling it. I can’t spend another dollar there anytime soon if this is the sort of companies they use to deliver their merchandise. It’s too bad, as I actually like their stuff.

They were delivered on the the exact date as promised and the automated delivery updates were very helpful. The delivery person was very friendly and kind as well. Thank you!
S	Shan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in today to buy 3 items ( a white computer table, 40-50 inch dining table and a yellow accent chair ) and I took pictures of the items and decided that I will shop elsewhere. I was coming from work so definitely did not look the neatest and not one of the 3 staff ( 2 females and a male ) said hello or offer any assistance. Nice store though but I will go elsewhere...
S	Sohan Alam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager delivered a painting to me and I asked him categorically do I need to check the item as it was boxed. He said no. Its all good. Well it wasnt. I went back home to find that the painting is torn, more like a cut by a sharp object. My guess is that the person who packed it knew it was damaged but still tried to pass it on. I had to make a trip back to return it. Don't take product delivery without checking it thoroughly. Given the gas price and my time driving back and forth, the store should compensate me! Had to wait for a month to get this painting. What a waste of time and money both!
