When my pictures were all fuzzy, Brianna went out of their way to make sure the pictures were reprinted on the spot! Such great service!!! Thanks Brianna for your hard work!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly managed store. Was there for printing and printer ran out of toner and waited half hour for someone to replace the toner but noone showed up. I gave up and paid again on another machine and printed. Requested refund and it took another half hour for Manager Jason that to happen. A young girl was alone at the busy printing center and there were few guys on the other side doing nothing.

This place sucks. big time.
PLEASE GET PEOPLE WHO SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH!
I've had so many bad experiences at this staples. I've been accused of stealing. Many of the employees I talked to are hard to understand and have a very thick accent- which isn't bad, but they couldn't understand what I was saying! I got my passport photo there and it was incredibly inaccurate! My skin was shown much darker than it really is- even after they tried to make it lighter.
I've also been sent to the wrong aisle multiple times.
The products are good but thirty times as expensive as they should be. Even dollarama is better. Highly dissapointed.
Don't waste your time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another staples. As usual a great variety of stuff, awesome associates on the floor. The lady at the checkout counter went out her way to help us at the aisles. The products were great as expected. Well, don't know what else to say. Keep up the good work Staples.
