First label the wrong price on the product and then if the customer wants to buy it, instead of apologizing that we labelled wrong and can’t honour that price, she will rudely pull the tag in front of you and walked away!!! Will never ever come to this store.
She put the wrong tag in her pocket and ran away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second favourite location in the city, as they lose one star for not being. "privé" location when it comes to home appliances, since I think that only the Calgary trail location gets that stuff. On the winners side, the clothing selection is ok, but never much for high-end brands, since that usually goes to the Calgary trail winners next to save on foods. I do like how large this store is and they seem to have a great selection of art, kitchen wares and seasonal items. I do enjoy this location because it's never picked-over since it's hidden in Windermere, and it's nice that they're open until 9pm on Saturdays!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pre COVID this one used to have a lot of stock. The store is clean, there is always parking, I also love that it's winners and homesense combined. This location doesn't have the best stock for bed linen or pictures FYI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was buying makeup in lock boxes. The cashier changed the prices to much higher right in front of me, even though they rang up the sticker price. I should have been sold the sticker price, especially lock box product. Watch what they are charging you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love shopping here, you get great deals on most brands especially if you looking for clothing, accessories and cosmetics. This place is connected to Homesense, so you have homesense on one side and winners on the other. You can find parking easily all the time and you also have a variety of stores around so you can plan your shopping likewise.

Unfortunately on multiple occasions now, I have tried to buy an item that has a red sale sticker with a lower price - they tell me the price is wrong and try to make me pay the original price (covered by the red sale stickers). Today, I was stopped after I had already paid for the item and ready to leave the store, about whether the item was priced correctly. Very frustrating experiences!
