an absolute embarrassment, can't understand basic instruction or get simple orders right. late night crew is totally incompetent, confused, and dazed. ordered a basic grilled chicken regular size wrap with NO BACON. order had bacon. took it back immediately after leaving drive though. cashier seemed annoyed asked manager and manager asked me to wait at next window. Hands me a new wrap but its crispy chicken. Took it back again. manager seems confused and unstable.kept repeating my order saying okay okay. asks me to wait at window again. comes back with a mini size chicken wrap. Took it back again asked for refund and couldn't do it. this is really bad. english is a problem to the point where you can't understand words like grilled, crispy, bacon, regular, small all on your menu???? what is going on here

Other Customers: please check your items carefully and do not assume that they will get it right. I visit this McDonalds location regularly. In terms of efficiency, it used to be a 5 star, quite efficient. But recently, their efficiency has been a disaster: long lineup both in store and drive through, and the accuracy is low. They’ve messed up my order a few times during my recent visits. Today I had to go in to pick up missing items left out from drive through. And when I got home, I found out other things were missing in the happy meal… At first I thought that it’s simply due to the high traffics but after some observations in store, it’s simply an efficiency issue with their staff. There must be a weak link in their team. Please fix. I would have given a 1 star if it wasn’t for their 5 star service in the old days.

Make sure you see your order and what you ask for on the screen. No matter how many times you repeat something, just make sure you see it. The cashier asked me if I wanted cheese and I said yes. And still I didn't get it. Lol Breakfast looks good, smells delicious but gave me a bad stomach ache. Ask for condiments and the exact napkins you wish to get as well. Lol and don't leave the window until you get your order. I give you my word, they will not get it right. So repeat often and check the display. If it isn't there, you won't get it.

My new McDonald’s in my new area is awesome 9/10 - what a difference from ellerslie and other areas - I’ve just started going through the drive this week - after 2 years of always going in to watch and make sure it’s done right - great job guys! Thank you

This is the best McDonalds in the city. Doesn't matter if it is lined up around the block the staff working the double lane drive through can get your order to you in record time. Also the food is good here. Better than most locations a benchmark of McD's if you will. I like this one, I recommend it. Even when it's busy it's still great.

Absolute amazing service. Already when I walk in an employee holds the door, and lots of smiles from the cashier. The manager went beyond to make sure we would have our food delivered to our table and added more ketchup. Keep it up!

This is the third time ordering a lightly toasted bagel with cream cheese. I always receive a rock-hard bagel. I tried calling the store many times but no one answers.

Terrible service! Ordered 4 burgers and 2 fries. Super simple order. They missed giving us 1 burger which we figured out once we got home. So had to go back. Called on my way to talk to the manager. He said he would give me the missing burger. But at this point our whole order was cold. When I brought this to his attention he said that wasn't his issue and he would not redo the whole order. Um who the hell's fault is it? Mine?! I had to get very angry with him then he redid the whole order. What happened to making sure your customers are happy? If he's any indication of how this branch is run I highly recommend you stay clear.
