★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my BlackBerry in because of resetting issues. Figuring it was a broken on/off button. The tech, who I didn't get his name, took it apart and couldn't find a problem. Phone seems to be fine now. But he wouldn't take any money for doing the work. Said it was free. I told him he was very kind so I gave him a Tim's gift certificate as a thank you for his time.
This will be the place I go to for repair/issues when they arise in the future. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guy was late and completely ignored us, terrible place with terrible people working ...or not working, or maybe they are payed to ignore customers, wish I could give this place 0 stars, please close your horrific shop. WE STOOD INSIDE THE DAMN SHOP FOR 10MINUTES AND YOU OPENED THE DOOR 4 TIMES TO CHECK IF WE WE'RE STILL THERE!! YOU DIDN'T SAY A PEEP! WHAT WORLD IS THIS NOW WHERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OPTIONAL???
There was no weather conditions, is no weather conditions, quit lieing to repair your reputation, your making things worse by not holding yourselves accountable... I don't use the word Terrible without cause

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a tricky situation. I shattered my Iphone8+ screen and ordered one off of Amazon. I was installing it on my phone and got to the last step where I tested it and the display didn't turn on. Because I use it for work and business I needed a fix asap.
I called this location, they understood and still allowed me to bring the phone in despite me already tinkering. I brought it in and within minutes it was fixed and working and helped complete the screen swap for me.
I am forever grateful 10/10 will come again and recommend many do come here. Very patient understanding and great customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my rear camera replaced on my iphone X, the camera quality is fine but within a week I randomly got a permanent pink line across my screen. I reset my phone, it did not disappear, I took it to back to the store and was told that he can't do anything about it and that it wasn't because of the work - as he only replaced the rear camera (but he had to take the screen apart to replace the camera which he deemed is standard procedure and that the warranty is 3 months but only for the rear camera), he also said that it would've showed up right away, instead of a couple days later, if it was from the repair.
When asked what it could then be from he stated that it could be something that pressed that part but can't say. I didn't drop my phone at all this week nor does it have any cracks on it - I've cracked a previous phone before and dropped this phone prior to getting the service done, but never had this pink line show up - I also keep my phones in otterboxes with a glass screen protector.
I went to another cell@fix location to get a second opinion as I don't know much about phone repairs - they mentioned that it's hard to say what its from but it's from internal damage and the line is very close to a screw - I went back to the store and mentioned this but he said he didn't touch the screw at all and said the line wasn't there when he first handed the phone back after repair. So I really don't know what to say when a pink line randomly shows up on my screen after a couple days of servicing and their work isn't covered by the warranty.
I'm incredibly frustrated, some people might have had a good experience here, but I certainly did not and just wanted to share my experience.

Quality repair, 3 months warranty, warm and friendly vibe, great price and location as well as great attention to details. I love this place and would recommend it to everyone. By the way, my husband had come here to fix our toddler's cracked tablet screen several months ago and it's still working fine. Thank you for your great service.
