β β β β β Overall itβs a great place, my only issue is that the last few times when I placed an order for pick up (juice cleanses) they were never ready. My schedule is extremely tight, 20 minutes after I placed the order itβs still wasnβt ready for pick up, I had to leave my order there and tell her Iβll be back later to get it. Which I seems odd considering the juices are premade.
Only advice is to go to the store and grab what you need instead of pre ordering.

β β β β β I ordered a Fiesta steak wrap and was not impressed. The wrap was not mixed right. I had to eat each ingredient in sections. All steak, all Lettuce, all sauce at bottom. And it was super watery , over 1oz of liquid poured out of it :(
I must say, the ingredients were very fresh and good quality, just poor wrap execution.

β β β β β We ordered a custom salad and fiesta salad and it was absolutely delicious. I am not a big salad fan, but man it was good. The quantity was adequate, wish I ordered some more. LoL. The price is also reasonable for the quality and quantity. Quite impressed to be honest. Will go there once again soon.

β β β β β I have gone to freshii many times, this is my first time at the windermere location, and will be my last, half order in terms of serving size, poorly put together, and my soup was cold as they packaged it. completely different experience compared to the other locations I have been to. STAY AWAY. Unless they get new staff at this location I highly recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

β β β β β I popped in for a quick lunch while shopping with my daughter and MIL today. The counter staff were very friendly and our food tasted greatβ¦BUT we had to take our food home because this location didnβt have a high chair. I found that surprising in this day and age. It was inconvenient to take our food to go when we had planned our shopping day to stay in the area.

β β β β β I ordered a Tex Mex bowl, and as far as I know this bowl comes with avocado. Look what I received, ONE TINY piece of avocado thrown in the middle of the plate. Besides that, all of the proportions were wrong. Too much rice and tomatoes, almost no cheese. I have been eating at Freshii for years now and I was surprised for the way I received this bowl. Itβs disappointing to see how sometimes people donβt put effort to provide a good service to others. For any employee in any company: donβt take revenge on your customers, they have nothing to do with what you are going through.
Feb 24th update: the owner has contacted me and offered me a new bowl. This time I had a great experience and the food was well done and well served. I even purchased a few more items. Will return to this location and appreciate the ownerβs response and action to my complaint. I am changing my review to 4 stars and uploading a photo of the new bowl received.
