J	J L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great quality and consistent drinks. 5 Stars for the taste, flavour, and the tapioca which are on point! However, there has been visits now where I left simply because the line up reached all the way to the back of the tea shop where the washrooms are. I did decide to give it a chance once but left within 15 minutes to realize I could be waiting for at least another 25-30 mins. Since then I have came back 3 times and have decided to leave once I saw the lengthy lineup through the glass. I’ve witnessed others who have done the same. I like Chatime’s drinks, but I can’t justify waiting in a line that long to get one. More STAFF is definitely required, especially during prime times for which I would have to rate 1 Star. Business is being lost due to the lack of staff.

I asked them why didn't you tell me this when i was paying for my order? and one of the drink is dripping so i need a bag! The answer was no we still need to charge you 15 cents for a Bag. Absolute cheap customer service!
D	David Green on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location can get busy but every time I go my order is consistently made. I usually get the roasted milk tea with grass jelly and it’s a solid staple for me. I recently tried the new espresso milk tea and it was a nice twist on the original milk tea flavor, I would recommend it. The staff are friendly even when it gets busy and take their time to provide suggestions for me. The owners are always nice to talk to as well. They are not yet accepting cash but it’s not too much of a hindrance. All in all, I enjoy my visits here.
K	K F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bake code cakes. I liked their Twice baked Rare Cheese tart so wanted to try others. Taro mousse cake, Japanese cheesecake, Mille crape, and black sesame Swiss roll. Taro and Black sesame were good. Mille crape has custard cream instead of Whipping cream little too sweet for me. We hope that Matcha Mille crape that they used to sell at this location comes back! Went back to get our favorite twice baked rare cheese tart after dinner. Always great!

S	Sujan Selven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fast to get your drinks, and the staff were very quick. I didn't have to wait too long, and the staff understood what I wanted and got the bubble tea very quickly. Lots of parking spaces for cars and a lot of other food outlets around here.
