★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received 5 $100 gift cards that were purchased and 'activated' at this location. $0 on all of them. The cashier loaded incorrectly and scammed the purchaser of $500.00. When i called this location to explain the situation they said 'well we can't do anything about that'
Do you not care that you are employing and enabling a thief?
Formal complaint placed with head office. Shame on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with customer service at this location. Not only one, but all the employees I spoke with at this location were rude and disrespectful.
I visited this place for passport photo and they did a crapy job and the photos were rejected by Passport Canada.
I will never visit this place ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phamracy lost my prescription refill that my doctor confirmed receiving and filling. Phamracy for 2 months never bothered to alert me that it was missing. Said they are too busy. Take your business to a different pharmacy that actually earns your business. Phone calls take forever to even reach a pharmacist to talk to them. You just sit on hold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for a WALK-IN covid vaccine shot on Christmas morning but the pharmacist said she doesn't have time even though I was the only one in the entire store. Her other excuse shoppers website is incorrect by stating walk-ins are accepted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been filling my prescriptions here for years, my husband had a fall where he broke his collar bone and 4 ribs was in the hospital for 8 days, when he was released I went to get his prescription filled,has he was in excruciating pain, and they told me the wait was an hour and a half, I explained the situation and they pretty much said oh well, I went to another shoppers drug mart and explained my situation and I had my prescription filled in 10 mins, needless to say I will never go back to this shoppers if I could rate them lower than a 1 I would. YOUR PHARMACY SUCKS, NO EMPATHY FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS, YOU'RE ALL JUST A BUNCH OF ROBOTS!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to return the recalled similac formula. They did not accept the return. Mentioned that there is a grace period ended on March 15th-2022 and I went in on March 22nd-2022 to return the product. Why is there a grace period for a product that is recalled????
I called the number below. No one contacted me back. I contacted Abbott, they asked me to take the product to the retail store to get a refund or store credit.
