★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place only cares about business and not your health and quality of life. My now deceased wife was on supplemental oxygen supplied by them. They didn’t even wait for the blood/oxygen test to come back for AHS to approve funding before they gave her the oxygen thus subjecting her to numerous painful blood/oxygen tests. AHS does not trust a majority of company’s that supply oxygen as there’s been issues of them taking advantage of the funding system. So it is wise to wait for your blood oxygen test results and approval beforehand.
When it was time for them to collect the oxygen machine and supplemental tanks, I received an insincere call from them wanting the equipment back right away. Not even a sorry about your loss. They just wanted to know when they can come pick up the equipment.
Look around before you decide what company to go with as there are better ones out there who actually care about their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will give this business 2 stars because I “think” they had what I was looking for, but the woman at the front desk was incredibly rude/dismissive and made me feel so sorry that I even came into their business. I came in with photos of the filters I needed for my mom’s Cpap machine but she sure did not appear like she wanted to help me, nor did she seem thankful for the business. Next time I need filters I will FOR SURE be buying them elsewhere.
