v	vineeth m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Self ordering system has serious problem. After payment system screen was frozen and when I said to the lady at the counter that I already paid for my order and need some help with the system, but she treated me like buying for free and started to talk to another person in the kitchen for making it free and they started to pack.They didn't even interested to check that ordering system for my enquiry. Good thing before I left the place another employee told me that they just received that order on the screen after long time.Totally ignorant staff.
T	The Bhatman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three unmotivated employees moving at the speed of frozen turtles. Their main mission appears to be to ignore people. Save yourself time - go into the Walmart, buy hamburgers and buns, drive home and cook them. You will get your meal faster than from this McDonald's.
K	Kerry Boivin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't matter what time of day I go to this location or what I order I am always asked to pull in and park for 5+ mins. Even when the dining area is closed and I am one of 2 cars in the drive thru. Not very efficient in the fast food department.

They also do some trickery here where they put your order in "now serving" almost immediately instead of keeping it in "In Progress" but I waited 10 minutes while it was "now serving" which is completely wrong. Every other mcdonald's keeps it in in progress until it is ready to be served... As it should be.

This is the ONLY one that I actually received a heated muffin where everyone else I visited here in Edmonton wouldn't offer nor bother. Place was kept clean and sanitized. Will definitely come back again and skip the other locations.
