L	Laura Lam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anyone thinking of going to this location for passport photos - PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! I paid $26.24 (only $13.64 at London Drugs) for two blurry photos. You can evidently see the slightly pixelated quality. I then recall London Drugs has a photo department (which is steps away from Wal-Mart), so I went there to get passport photos redone. What a waste of my time and money. Don't make the same mistake I did, and go to London Drugs. Excellent photo quality and very reasonable price ($13.64). PS - In addition, the woman at Photos Unlimited who took my picture did not care that I had hair not tucked back behind my ear. The gentleman at London Drugs made sure there was no hair around my face. His colleague retook the photo for me after checking the actual print out to ensure I absolutely won't have any problem with Passport Canada.
J	J Gye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Walmart Windermere Photos Unlimited 3 times this year for family photos, had great sessions and experience with the staff until today (July 27, 2019). Our appointment was for 11:30 am but they were busy and running a bit late which is understandable. However, at 11:40 I asked the lady that is doing the photos how much longer because we have another appointment and my 4 year old is starting to getting restless. Her response - "it will be another 5 minutes, I will try and get you in as soon as I can". I mentioned to her that we have another appointment, her response - "Like I said, will get you in as soon as I can". I believe there name is Angela, very rude, terrible customer service skills and no apology for the lastness. This was the worst photo session, the first few minutes were a waste because my 4 year old was not cooperating and wanted to leave. Have to give her credit though because she got her to take a few good photos later on. A session that should have been fun, was rushed and she did not even apologize for running late. This places deals with families with young children, these little people are not very patient. At least try and do things on time and if not, the least you can do is apologize to the families waiting instead of being rude because I was on time for my appointment. Very unpleasant experience today.

I got my maternity newborn family photos done by her and they turned out always gorgeous . She is extremely accommodating . I highly recommend her and will absolutely be booking again with her in the future!!!

J	Jayden Aitch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $30 + tax for Passport photos! That's over 2x more than EVERYONE else. I had to do it anyways because I was in a rush. The photos ended up being REJECTED by the passport office. They offered a re-take, but it's not worth the time and effort to risk another rejection.
