★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been trying to empty an account for almost 2 months now and keep getting the run around. First they won't return phone calls, now they want my SIN number for tax purposes, ok, gave them that info at one of their offices. 3 weeks go by and they forgot to remove a "restriction" which took 20 minutes on the phone for them to figure out. 3 more weeks have past, I still don't have my cheque that was to be sent out weeks ago, and now I can't get a hold of anyone, have now left a msg on their phone system stating if it isn't in my hands in 2 weeks I will be kicking in doors and sending a note saying "see you in court!"
