Darren in CBI REMED is in my opinion the best physio therapist I have ever seen in over the last two years. He professionalism and sheer dedication to his clients and his job is impeccable. The staff at CBI REMED ON 111 AVENUE took care of me so well. 5 stars isn't enough credit for these guys. I would recommend REMED 111ave to all people out there suffering and in need of Physio therapy.
B	Bozko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This CBI Health Centre is a very modern facility, with a multi layered approach to fit your specific rehabilitation needs, I am someone who is fresh off of a fairly intense surgery and I admit I had reservations about coming to this clinic versus my community clinic, but the difference is not comparable, with the full compliments of the physio therapists , psychologists, and other highly educated people who have been trained to not only heal my wounds but they have the ability of healing my mind as well?! And then I could mention that the specialized equipment that targets the part of the body that is in need of a bit of therapy. This clinic is well worth the commute to get the quality of care they can provide!? So they easily get a full 5 star rating
R	Robert Moore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am finally taking the time to express my opinion of the treatment I received at Health Centre in February /20 . I was not properly diagnosed other than having chronic pain radiating from my neck down into my arm and fingers. At the time I had just gone through an assessment at the Pain Clinic and most of my meds changed to try and control the pain. As a result of this had difficulty following through with some of the physical aspects of the treatment. I communicated this both to Taylor and Arjun, but unfortunately fell on deaf ears. I was told that I was ready to attempt modified duties because I was able to drive the 12 minutes to attend physio as well my ability to watch a movie. BUT MY PAIN WAS NOT UNDER CONTROL! Fast forward to 2021 come to find out I have two tears in my trapezius and a chronic grade strain along with a supraaspinatus tear. It was a wonder I was having difficulties. Be very selective on who you choose for your treatment, I wished that I had gone to someone else that wasn't caught up on the fact that I wasn't responding to their treatment in a timely fashion.

Just tell them all your concerns orwhere the pain is coming from, and they will adjust your exercises accordingly. The place is not too crowded but there are few patients that talks a lot and very loud.

First visit for assessment there is no other treatment. my second &third appointments are canceled by them then my fourth appointment they taught me only 2 position of form roller exercise and then no heating no tense treatment and it took only 5min and finished. My fifth appointment I canceled by personal reason then next day they sent me wrong appointment remind info I missed it. My seventh appointment finally I could get normal treatment as other place ( needling and heating and tapping) My eighth appointment i was late for 6min I couldn’t get any treatment. I know it was my fault however unless they could give me any other treatment heating tense machine kind treatment in my leftover 14mins. I was so disappointed their service. Update: they charge double billing for my needling treatment and tape on my arm…. Ridiculous and they said its insurance company paying not you. They deprived me of the right to receive treatment from other place.
