We value staying ahead of the curve and up to date on the newest orthodontic equipment, innovations and techniques. By incorporating some of these technologies we hope to provide you some of the most effective and efficient orthodontic treatments possible today. These technologies have also allowed us to become paperless in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint.
We have invested in a digital 3D imaging system that allows us to take typical 2D x-rays at a fraction of the radiation exposure, while maintaining the ability to take a 3D scan of specific areas that require more detailed information. In addition, we have invested in a digital scanner which removes the need for conventional molds/impressions which increases patient comfort and reduces consumables and waste.

β β β β β I had my braces remove today and I had happy tears. I been going to this place since 02 Jul 2020 and every time I when their service was amazing. I have nothing negative to say about this place. Seriously every time I leave that place I had the greatest smile in my face. The atmosphere they have in that place is so welcome and they make you feel like you been friend with them for such a long time. Their customer service skills and good work ethic are amazing. I am the type of person who never write review but I have to say this place is fully recommended. Dr Wong and is staff are the best. If you are looking for a place I a strongly suggest you go with them you will have no regret.ο

β β β β β This is the place to go if you need to fix anything with your teeth. Dr. Wong and his team are absolutely amazing. They are friendly, super knowledgeable, and very accommodating! I've been going to Design Orthodontics for over 3 years and now that my treatment is over, I am super grateful for their service and happy with my teeth!

β β β β β I regret so much starting my orthodontic treatment at this place. I feel that the staff there don't really care about what you say (after you pay them of course) and if anything goes wrong with your treatment - it's always your fault. They clearly don't listen to you when you talk because I've had a dental assistant ask me the same question 5 times like she was expecting me to say something different or admit to a lie or something. The dentist there talks to you for about 20 seconds every 4 months and doesn't really listen to care about what you have to say about your experience.
All in all, I feel like the dental team doesn't really care about what you have to say and they're always right and they do the absolute bare minimum when it comes to customer service despite you paying a premium. The admin staff seem good.

β β β β β We came to Design Orthodontics for a second opinion after having an uncomfortable consult at another orthodontist. So glad we did. Dr. Wong was absolutely amazing with my son. He's a bit of an anxious kid and he loved Dr. Wong. The options presented to us were clear and concise. The previous consult we had would have had my son in for a minor surgery and additional ortho that was not required and would end up causing more ortho work to be needed. I am extremely happy I followed my gut and recommendation of a couple people and booked here. The environment was welcoming from the front staff to the consult and end of visit. I am content the staff here will ensure my son has the best outcome possible and will end up with a great smile!

My experience was always great whenever I visited for checkups as the staff was always friendly and accommodating. Iβd recommend Dr. Wong to anyone needing orthodontic work.
