★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, arriving at Phan Dental is always a joy, as you are welcomed into their facility as though it was your home. The care, attention and friendliness has always been way beyond expectations. I've always recommended Dr. Phan to my friends and family for as long as I have been a patient of his and they all think the same as I do, if not, more. Could not replace DJP as my dentist and as my friend...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All of my experiences at Phan Dental have left me feeling lavishly taken care of. You begin by entering a beautiful, bright and open office where they provide you with slippers and an assortment of drinks to choose from. Believe it or not, they have massage chairs for family members while they wait for you. The secretaries are always professional and kind, my dental hygienist is meticulous to a fault and Dr. Phan’s work has always been exceptional. I live on the opposite side of the city and have friends that have dentist offices closer to my home, but I choose to drive out of my way to Phan Dental, because the experience and quality of work has been bar none the best I have experienced in Edmonton.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at Phan Dental was so bad I would call it TRAUMATIC. I am still not over it. I initially got 6 veneers to fix two chipped front teeth. Dr Phan was amazing during the planning all the way to the application of the veneers (and of course until I paid in full). When they were done, I was not happy as the midline between the 2 front teeth was not vertical. After paying thousands of dollars, it was not OK wit me to have a CROOKED midline. Even though he had told me previously many times that he would guarantee my satisfaction, he did NOT. He kept saying that my jaw was the problem and there was NOTHING he could do. Then only a few months later my front veneer CRACKED. He was unavailable, so I went to a prosthodontist. That Dr told me that I had insufficient enamel and should not have been given veneers in the first place. I went back to Dr Phan AGAIN and he told me that I could change to crowns but at my own expense. I wrote him a letter with all the details and pictures and asked to be compensated. He REFUSED. In the end, I had to go to another dentist who thank GOD had the skills to insert 6 crowns with a perfectly straight midline. I had to endure the discomfort and of course pay AGAIN. I now am completely afraid to go to the dentist and have completely lost trust in dentists. He was nice until he got my MONEY and then he DROPPED me completely. DO NOT GO HERE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been seeing Dr. Phan for years and have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Phan and his staff. Dr. Phan listens to your concerns (mine were mostly cosmetic) but to get to the end goal I had a long way to go - needing crowns. filling replacements, Invisalign and bonding. I’m finally done and so happy with the results!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Words alone cannot express my gratitude and appreciation of Dr Jack Phan and his team for their excellent care with both routine dental care and dental implant surgery. Our family have been faithful clients for over 5 years now and we feel blessed to have found him. Our initial purpose in seeing Dr Phan was for my daughter who needed dental implants due to a congenital issue. We had seen 2 other doctors before Dr Phan and they both lacked the confidence and skill we needed to proceed with them, plus, they were also much more expensive$$$.
Dr Phan has a determination for perfection and excellent surgical skills. These skills have allowed my daughter to finally smile after many unhappy years. Dr Phan and the entire staff are always pleasant and accommodating. Jack and his team are always gentle, knowledgeable and attentive. The office has state of the art equipment and technology which can accomplish incredible work. You will never find an office that provides such exceptional service. Dr Phan and his team have set the bar high when it comes to client centered care. WELL DONE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Phan, his business and his staff were absolutely incredible. From the minute I stepped in the clinic to the minute I left, the care was amazing. Dr.Phan changed my smile completely and my teeth have made me a much more confident person. My overall experience at Phan Dental Design was better than I ever imagined and if I could rate them more than 5 stars, I would! Thank- you Dr. Phan and his assistant Teaghan for a life changing smile! After my first visit at the clinic I have now permanently switched my future dental work and oral hygiene to their clinic. I can’t thank them enough!
