R	Robyn Benson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Suseoff, Daniella, Laureen, and Cathy at Southwest Smiles. Like many people, I am not fond of going to the dentist, never mind having to get actual dental surgery and this clinic has made it all so incredibly awesome. I actually felt like I was at the spa regarding how beautiful the office is and how attentive every single person was to me. They really go above and beyond to care for their patients and ensure the experience is a good one. I am so grateful this dental clinic has the lovely sedation that allows you to be awake but soooooooo relaxed and calm. I didn’t feel sick after the sedation, it actually made me feel like I had a great rest without even sleeping and made my highly stressful procedure so comfortable. If you have hesitation about going to the dentist I highly recommend Southwest Smiles, they are absolutely wonderful!

I have already recommended Smiles Dental to my friends. I have visited at least three dentists before deciding on this one. Everyone at Smiles is friendly and professional. My wife and I will go there for more implants in the coming years. I have two implants done there so far. I am very happy with them, no issue.

I got a molar removed and its not peanuts but they got the job done in no time. The next few days i had a little concern and went back. They toke me in and reassured me that everything was alright. Good job guys i will go back there for sure and people who needs a good dentist there is your place.

First I took my day off for the Hygienic service appointment as a new patient, however they moved my appointment without contact me directly and explanation. Second, my appointment is at 1pm, and I came 15 minutes earlier for my new patent paper work. However they lock the door and have meeting until 1pm. Should they notice me about this before hand? Third, my previous dental office already sent my X-ray and record from previous year, however they just keep taking extra X-rays and pictures, when I ask about the price and insurance....they said they contacted the insurance company and insurance company didn't reply. But they just keep going on the X-ray. What? I just come here for Hygienic! End up they charged me $800 for X-Rays, dentist check and grind a teeth (15minuts? or less) and Hygienic. The receipt have so many unknow charges, when I ask what is going on, the reception tell me to claim the remaining to my health expense account. I can't accept this kind of services! This dental Clinic is questionable and have issue when they doing business. I think I am going to call CBC and make it public!
L	Langlang Caballero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before Covid, I had a molar tooth with cavities and the hygienist from this clinic over cleaned it and I guess it disturbed the nerves because it definitely hurt so much. What helped me was to store fresh water in my mouth and I had to store it in and then spit it over and over again for every 30 sec because it didn’t calm the pain if I stored the old water too long in my mouth, which led me to stay awake for 48 hours. Finally, the same hygienist was too nice to do a free root canal for me as soon as they opened the next morning. I thought they all did a fantastic job. After years in Covid, I finally felt safe to go to the dentist again, but my sis recommended me a different clinic in Windermere, and they have told me there that my old dental clinic did a poor job with my root canal treatment because based on my new teeth x-ray, that same tooth could possibly get infected again, and they were right since the pain woke me up last night. Now I feel bad because I would have to spend money on my new root canal treatment and lastly for a crown. I would not go back here, but I like their service and environment. My hygienist was still very sweet and caring! So Im giving them 2.5 stars.

I am a senior and have been to many different dental clinics ,but this, Smiles, is the best place I have ever experienced! The dentist I have is the best ever…..highly skilled , very considerate , gentle and never causes any discomfort!!

Beside him, all staff from front desk, accounting, to dental assistance are also very friendly & caring. I strongly recommend people who need dental care come to this clinic.
