★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ling was my nail tech and she did a quick and very accurate fill for gel nails. She fixed a few that were lifting and help me choose the right style for a long lasting situation, I’m attending a wedding and then travelling back home out of town and might not be able to get a feel for a while so she gave great advice on what the best grow out options are for nail designs. It’s a great price for the service, and parking is a breeze . As of June 23, there’s still following the Covid restrictions, including wearing a mask at all times and washing your hands before and after the service. They also have plexiglass in place between you and the nail tech.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother came in on May 28 for a manicure/pedicure and was rudely greeted by a male staff member. He spoke very rudely about her appearance in Vietnamese to the other staff members, not knowing she was Vietnamese herself.
Some of the things said were as follows:
"Her feet are disgusting"
"She has too much dead skin on her feet - this is going to take forever"
They made several other rude comments in front of her and she felt humiliated throughout the experience. The only reason she stayed is because she needed the service for a special event the following day. Is this how you treat all of your paying customers? You should be ashamed.
The unprofessionalism of this establishment is will ensure that we will never come back again nor recommend this place to our friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved to windermere recently and was wanting a new nail place to go too and this place had a lot of good reviews. They were able to get me in right away which was awesome. Linh ended up doing my nails although I was passed back and forth, between her and another girl. Im not sure if Linh was having a bad day but almost all my fingers she ended up cutting with one of the filling dremels. Ill go back but I'm hoping she's having a better day next time

I have visited the new salon twice since the management change and as always my nails were perfect and completed quickly! I highly recommend Bluesky Nails!
