Dr. Eric Lai (Dentist)
Dr. Eric Lai entered the University of Alberta and finished three years of undergraduate courses before being accepted into the dentistry program. After graduating in 2004 with with Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, he practiced in Edmonton seeing a variety of patients from all ages and with all sorts of concerns. Dr. Lai also had the opportunity to work at an emergency dental clinic to help people with sudden painful dental problems in the quickest and kindest manner he can.
Outside of work, Dr. Lai's time is mostly taken by his two very energetic children, and his wife. He also enjoys playing competitive badminton, volleyball, and dragon boating. Other hobbies include photography, eating, travelling, computers, and video games.

Dental trips are not always fun but they definitely know how you put your mind at ease and make you comfortable. I am confident that I am in good hands. My daughters and I are looking forward to our next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff gave incorrect guidance on what is covered by my insurance. Resulting in additional out of pocket expense for me. I asked multiple times whether the service was covered and the answer was yes. Now its my problem that the insurance didn't cover it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there 3 times already. Every time it's wonderful experience. Making me feel very comfortable & at ease. Very concerned about my well being. Since I feel welcomed the first time, I felt very invited for the first time, I made it my home to come for my dental needs. The front staff are very professionally nice and understanding. My hygienist is also very easy to talk to hear my problems and concerns. Compared to my other dental experiences elsewhere, I never had to spend too much time, never had any pain while cleaning, plus it's closer to my home which is not far. So my experience overall is 100'%, the environment is well kept and organized. This is the ideal place for my dental needs to visit. I feel happy when coming for my visits and relaxed. I'm 100% happy!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a minor incident between a fork and my mouth and let’s just say the fork won. ?? My regular dentist was not available so I ended up with these lovely folks! I must say, I really enjoyed their facility and their staff! But most importantly, I loved how they were able to get me in in a pinch! Definitely recommend!
