Dr. Shu is very nice and knowledgeable. She always tries to make things right. The overall experience is great and I am going back for sure.

These ladies at this location are so friendly, I receive texts from the receptionist to keep me up to date on appointments, and she helped me come up with a plan to get the most out of my coverage. She also lets me know if they can get me in sooner than my actual appointment. The team working on my teeth explained everything very thoroughly before starting, and during. They kept me comfortable and even cracked a few jokes. I've never been a fan of going to the dentist, but now I'm excited! 5 stars, hands down best dental clinic I've ever been to.

Dr. Shu did emergency dental work for my little one as soon as I called. It was so quick and no waiting time. She also gave me useful, honest advice, and great tips on how to check and clean my kids’s teeth and a couple of options for my kids dental treatment. She fixed ten cavities for my little one only four years old before his condition got worse. I was very satisfied with her professional and quality work. Her assistant was so patient, kind and tried a few times to get my daughter’s x-ray done. The dental hygienists did awesome teeth cleaning for me and checked very carefully. The receptionist was so nice, helped taking care of my kids when I did teeth cleaning. she accommodated my schedule and listened to my concerns. They created very respectful, cleaning ,care, welcoming and loving environment. I highly recommended it! Thanks!

Donna has been really good at getting me in at a moment's notice. Dr Shu has been really good as well. They always explain the costs and what I am covered for and not covered for, so we can make good decisions on what I get and not get. Would recommend. .

Very friendly and explain your procedure to you fully. They do their best to make you feel as comfortable as they can as they work on your dental needs. Dr. Shu is very professional and knowledgeable and cares about her patients. Hygienists are are great as well. They work with your schedule as best as they can.

I haven’t seen a dentist or had a cleaning in way too long due to a lot of moving between cities over the past 4 years and having generalized anxiety over having any work done including a cleaning and in the past have needed forms of light sedation and nerve blocks to get anything done I decided after Christmas that I’d take much better care of my teeth moving forward and finally start the process to fix my quite crowded bottom teeth - something I’m very self conscious about - I found a new clinic in Ambleside/ Windemere and booked a meet and greet with a dentist named Dr. Shu, she was awesome, very friendly and so patient and easy to talk to and was so accommodating to me and my silly issues and explained everything so well - no sedation required at all I came back today for my cleaning - due to so much plaque build up the hygienist had to split appointment in 2 and to another day - we just did the bottom teeth today “ Elena” did a fantastic job - I’ll be having the upper teeth done in a few days - I even received a no cost fluoride treatment today ( it’s not covered under the plan I have) and so good for the health of your teeth - a very BIG thank you to everyone this week especially “ Donna” who runs the front office - she’s a gem - so sweet, empathetic and knowledgeable and very good at what she does - if I move out of the area - I will be coming back for my care here - even if I’m in a different city again - I will travel - it was that amazing! ♥️ ?
