v	veeo987 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ade is very professional and very kind. It's very easy to get an appointment with the clinic by sending an email. Wait has never been horrible every time I've been there. It's also next to a very kind pharmacist who's very knowledgeable. I go to Haven Center everytime I need to visit a doctor or buy medications. EDIT: It looks like they no longer monitor their email address. I've sent emails to ask for an appointment and didn't get a reply. Seems like we need to call in now, which is not as convenient as it was before.
K	Kisha van de ligt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Book an appointment for my partner and I 3 months ago for a meet and greet with one of the new doctors. So we could get a family doctor. The lady’s at the receptionist table for the past 3 months were super unprofessional. When I showed up for my appointment they only had me down and not my partner and we were told that the next available appointment wasn’t until September. Talk about disorganization. Never had to deal with such unprofessional women.

S	Sophie Gray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9-ish months ago, I did a meet & greet with Dr. Ade. I realized I was not comfortable with a man doctor. Recently, I saw that they had a new woman doctor join them. I called to book. I shared I never rebooked with Dr. Ade because I was only comfortable with a woman. I stressed this multiple times. They told me that they have a policy where you're not allowed to see another doctor at the clinic. They were then surprised when I said I didn't want to rebook with Dr. Ade even though I stressed that I was looking for a woman. I didn't understand doing a meet & greet made me a client? And why would you enforce this policy for a genuine reason like mine? Very disappointed in the lack of empathy or care.
P	Pretty Plum Boutique on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish my experience could have been better. I finally found a clinic with a doctor who focuses on what I was looking for help with. Booked a meet and greet for a month out, was the earliest they had. I got notified a few days prior the doctor would not be there. So they rescheduled for another day. I ended up missing the scheduled appointment because I was involved in a car accident. Rebooked the appointment, but then I called to change the date or at least get another time other than 3:45 and they put me on hold, came back and said now they aren’t accepting anyone until June… glad I didn’t go with this office.

They couldn’t even have the decency to just give a referral for my niece who hasn’t seen a doctor yet and is high risk. Heart condition and so on. I understand policy but that is just straight up inhumane! They should be ashamed of themselves. Trying to say it puts other patients behind: they were closing so I doubt there was and patients having to wait. I have never seen such disrespectful, “medical” staff in my life and I am a nurse. You can tell they hate their job. No compassion. Do not waste your time. Front staff need to go back to school and learn dignity and respect.

But after my first appointment I discovered the problems with trying to get an appointment in a timely matter. I have multiple health issues which reports where sent to the office and needed to be reviewed. I tried getting in a few times but the wait is over a month long. I could not wait that long as the issues needed to be treated quickly. Now I have moved to a new clinic because I cannot wait months to see my MD. I was called and told I would need to pay for then to transfer my file. Seeing as my file is just reports and labs, I would rather just call and get the hospital and labs to send my reports instead of paying them to do the same. Very disappointing.

I have now been several times and even had my kids seen and again highly recommend. Great care and I feel in good hands for any future medical needs for my family and I. Friendly staff and amazing doctors sure makes a huge difference in the quality of care.
