★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went through the drive thru with my boyfriend and ordered 4 tacos, as it was taco Tuesday. we got home and my boyfriend took a bite out of one of his hard tacos and spit out a piece of plastic. legitimate plastic. hard, solid plastic. I called the restaurant and Manpreet, the supervisor (i think that was her name) was super sweet and helpful. Other than that one awful piece in our taco, everything was alright.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking to wait almost 20 minutes for a burrito and have it made completely wrong, the look no further than this abomination of a Taco Time. Yes, you too can be utterly disappointed that your food was a complete mess and still get to pay for it! Frankly, you'd be better off picking through the garbage bins outside than what they're making on the inside. Burnt here twice in a row. Run.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today for lunch with the missus. There is a overpowering sulphur smell in the store, I’m not sure what it’s from but it smells like sulphur or maybe propane. After I ordered I had to wait outside for my food because it was to much for me. The food looked good and tasted great, but when we got home we were both really sick. I don’t mean the usual post taco time upset stomach, I threw up until it was all out of me and I’ve never had that from taco time before. Probably won’t go back to this location which is a real shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very happy with the speedy and friendly service. Everything was so delicious and it was very filling! The restaurant was very clean and it looks like they paid attention to keeping it sanitized. I highly recommend this location and I look forward to ordering here soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After waiting nearly 40 minutes for my order in the drive through, imagine my displeasure when take a bite of my alleged chicken taco and I spit it out when I realize it isn't chicken (I order it frequently so I know the taste). Fine so my soft taco isn't what I ordered but they might've been busy and messed it up, I let it go and i decided to have my hard chicken taco - it was a beef taco. Okay, this is not good at this point. I decided to call the phone number on the receipt, no answer just a machine asking me to leave a message. I decided to eat my Mexi fries....only that too has been made into a deluxe fries when all I wanted was just a SIMPLE ORDER OF LARGE MEXI FRIES. Seriously this Friday night crew is atrocious! The girl on the window seemed distracted, and not sure why the cook mistook other meats for chicken. At the time of this review I have not received a call back and I feel ripped off, and very disappointed - I feel my loyalty of coming here a couple times a week means nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this location twice and each time I was really impressed with the freshness and quality of their food. By far, the best in the city. The hard shell beef tacos that I received had generous portions of beef and cheese that I'm not used to receiving other locations. The the lettuce and tomatoes were crisp and fresh. And the one thing I really appreciate it was I was given the exact number of hot sauce containers that I asked for. At other locations I've actually had the staff argue with me and not want to give me two for each taco. This place really impresses me. It's nice to see some quality back at Taco Time. The staff are very prompt and friendly which, sadly isn't the case at many restaurants any longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not thrilled at all. I waited 21mins to order and receive my meal. And I was the only one there. Was hard to hear and understand the server taking my order. All staff seemed confused. And there was a manager in the lobby having a heated phone conversation. Which was loud and annoying. The food was good , not mind blowing by any means. They need to work out the kinks before I’ll come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service and food quality isn't there. Sat in an empty drive thru for 10 minutes before getting our food. Upon biting into our burritos, they were dead cold, the cheese wasn't even melted. You could literally see the individual shreds of cheese in our simple beef and cheese burritos.
Won't be returning.
