J	Joshua Sedens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the spicy tuna roll, but it was seriously delayed. We waited 45 minutes for it, but I guess it was because they had to make more rice. Ultimately the manager came and spoke with us, apologizing for the wait. He ended up taking that off of our bill too. Handled well, will be back.

P	Patti MacNeil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shout out is for the great Saturday night bartenders - Melissa and Tierney. I had two and a half hours to kill in Edmonton. I love Browns nachos so I found a spot at the bar, ordered and explained to Melissa that I'd be there a while and not to worry about me, but she took great care of me nonetheless. The place was busy and the Melissa / Tierney duo was fun to watch as they managed the servers' orders and the bar with ease. There was a Habs/Sens game on but it wasn't nearly as engaging as watching these women do their thing. Gracious, organized, smiling, good with their customers and their servers, keeping the place clean, fruits sliced and juiced, dishwasher filled and emptied...very impressive. If I lived nearby I would pop in often for food and a visit. And, having had the AMAZING nachos now in Vancouver, Calgary and Edmonton I am happy to say they are perfect in each place.

The music is good, the decor is inviting, and the bathrooms are very chique and clean. The food is absolutely delicious, I got the chicken tacos and calamari, as well as the Prosecco and white whine sangria, both of which were delicious. Our server Heather was very nice and welcoming, and seemed apologetic for the wait times (to be understood, it was unexpectedly busy). We had another server who bright food that I never caught her name but she seemed very sweet. All around, the atmosphere is nice, the whole vibe is great. Will definitely return.

But besides that, it's a great place. I'm a sports fan. I think this is made for the medium interested sports fans.

Had a side of the house gravy -- stuff so good, I could put that on a roof shingle and I'd eat it. Sorry, no photos for this visit. Was too hungry. Prices are a bit high but it's solid quality and the ambiance, although super busy, was still amicable and great customer service. Good place for lunch!
C	CodeStar Review on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended Feb 25, 2022 Restaurant was busy, not much parking available however was able to park close to door. Went at approximately 8pm, and almost every table was full. The table size and spacing was tight and hard to maneuver around. The menu cover was falling apart (plastic cover - COVID). We waited a while for someone to take our drink order and appetizer. Ordered the chicken lettuce wrap, was happy as the main dish was not too spicy (could add more heat if wished) the lettuce was large and easy to handle. Once we received our appetizer, a different server took our main course. We had approximately 3 servers helping us, it made it uncomfortable when we were leaving as we were not sure who would receive a tip. However their washrooms were beautiful and easy to access. The music couldn’t be heard as it was very loud from people in the restaurant. My favourite part of this restaurant is the 3 chandeliers in bird cages, and their peach Bellinis with a fuzzy peach on the side.
G	Gary K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satisfied as usual but not overly wow'd. We have been to windermere and west end Brown locations quite a few times now. This time had the smokehouse burger (hold the bbq sauce) and the highlight was the delicious fries and excellent gravy. Burger was good too but not dazzling as I have tried all the burgers previously. I wish they had a new burger to try each quarter or so...but it has been the same for a while now ( I miss the mushroom burger...a smash burger choice would be nice since they are usually smaller). Better half had the fish tacos with the cowboy salad (as usual) and they were both pronounced delicious (as usual). The appetizer nachos however were uncharacteristically overdone this time as you can see in the pic and had that not-quite made-fresh quality to them but still tasty enough to finish. We will be back but I hope to see some new items from time to time especially interesting burgers. Service was friendly.
