Ordered three meals, two were supposed to be spicy yet none of the meals were prepared spicy. Fries were cold and Sauces were missed. The chicken pieces are very nice, not greasy just missing flavour. Same with the tenders. Lots of batter but not greasy. Butterfly shrimp were very battered also. Not tasty. The supervisor on tonight was very friendly.

Even went to my table to ask how I was doing which is something you wouldn't expect in a quick service restaurant. I appreciated the gesture, will definitely come back here again
M	Mike C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love me some Popeyes but this location has all kinds of problems starting from the long order times even though there’s basically nobody in line. This is one the slowest restaurant fast food services in the area. The credit card tap function never works in the drive-through so you’re handling and fumbling with the reader that also asks for tips (I imagines that’s the real reason why tap is turned off). The orders were messed up with sauces or biscuits or something is missing in the order. I’ve had to pull into the parking lot to make sure everything was in the bag and I’ve had to go inside to fix the order on a couple occasions. This wouldn’t be so bad if there weren’t only two or three cars in the line and my orders weren’t just a simple two or three item order. I’d rather go to one of the other locations when I’m in those parts of the city but I wish this place would get it together with their staff.
B	Bob Liu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to all Edmonton Poppeys stores. This is must be the worst. I ordered chicken Thai but they gave me a burger. I asked them face to face for hot sauce and catchup but they only gave me hot sauce. So stupid employees! I gave calls 4 times but nobody answered.

I visit this store couple time, and noticed the chicken taste different from the other Popeyes stores. I thought because chicken pieces just not fresh enough. However, last night, I visit the store again, and waited 10mins for the fresh cooked chicken. The chicken still taste very different from other stores. Personally, I will prefer other Popeyes location. I usually went to the one on Parsons rd and the one on the Calgary trail, both of them are good.
D	Dennis G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front end is not staffed well. Upon entering, no one greeted me or was available to take my order even though there was no line. There was a staff member there but they were busy getting orders ready for drive through. A manager finally came and took my order. My issue was that after my order was taken, I had to wait 20 minutes for my chicken to be cooked but there were piles of chicken under the heating area. Not sure why that was the case. The staff should have explained why and provide an expected time of order completion. On the plus side, since the chicken was freshly cooked it tasted better than usual and was less dry. The food was good but the wait was too long.

Anyways, we asked for the chicken tenders. I came home and took a bite out of the tenders and they were raw. It was slightly still pink from the inside. And when biting into it I could feel that it was raw and it was hard to bite. Anyways we drove back to them to return it. Which is the first time I’ve ever had to return any food. And the manager was arguing that it was fine and they check the temp. Anyways I showed him the chicken was pink and he refunded me the money. No compensation whatsoever. Won’t be returning.
