★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far, I have been standing here for 11 mins (after talking to a lady) with no direction or suppirt for picking up my DHL package. Waited in line for 4 mins (and thats fine) but when I informed the lady that I was here for a pickup she told me to stand somewhere else then went over to another lady and started helping them.... how rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An employee named Akirit was extremely helpful, cheerful and easy to relate with. I totally appreciate her help with printing my baby's 1st birthday milestone board. She left a lasting positive impression on me that will make me always want to go back to shop at Staples.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were polite and doing their jobs fine... But the manager wasn't willing to refund a measly $10 on a print card that I can't use. Thanks for wasting both my time and money. ?♂️
(No criticism for the staff though. They were great. The employees get 5 stars.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supervisor/manager wasn't professional! She came and kept talking to/ distracting the associate, with non business chat, who was laminating for us. The result was that the associate laminated two pages together which created another trip in addition to wasting paper/time/evergy to prepare the page again! Also, it won't be ready for the time needed!!

Parking: free parking lot
The Product(s)/Service: decent selection of items but not as much as there used to be. New renovation cleans up the store front and opens things up so you can see where you need to go right away when you walk in for what you need.
The People: very kind and understanding. Purchased ink the previous day for my printer but it did not work so I brought the whole unit in. They diagnosed it as possibly faulty printer head or ink cartridges. They let me do a return with no hassle.
