★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended to my appointment I was wetting when Dr Madelaine Cruz tells me to hold my baby on my arms and keep him quiet because he was making noises and in the basement is a pharmacy my baby is 17 months ? if they let me know that when I make my appointment I didn’t go to a place where people who work do not have tolerance to a baby and do not understand that it is not easy to keep a baby quiet and when the baby is sick it becomes even more difficult.
So if you have children’s I don’t recommend this place...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find Dr. Cruz to be very professional, knowledgeable and caring. She is an excellent doctor who is responsive to patients and I have recommended her to friends who have also really liked her. I find that the doctor respects patients' time and I have found that there is not a lot of waiting time past my appointment time. I appreciate that. The office is bright and welcoming and there is a good amount of parking at the back of the office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I have been patients of Doctor Cruz for years and we cannot be more thankful for all her knowledge, professionalism, care and compassion during all of these years. We have recommended her to several friends and have received amazing feedback from them about her services. I don’t know what the situation described by the previous reviewer was but it doesn’t make sense to me. If it was true that Doctor Cruz came out and asked her to hold the baby in her arms and then made a comment about a pharmacy in the basement, the baby must have been making a lot of noise and running around which could have triggered her concern about the stairs to the pharmacy near the waiting room. Among other things, this would expose the Doctor to a law suit if a little boy with no close supervision by the parents, trips and falls down to the stairs. I won’t extend in my comments but I just invite you to google her name and see the three pages of wonderful reviews Doctor Cruz has received from her patients at the Ratemds website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience at this pharmacy today I booked my 2nd covid dosage with this company through 811 on Thursday evening 3 days ago and went in today and was told they are out of stock, what is the purpose of calling in advance. No one called or email me in advance of this alleged out of stock and made a lame excuse about wrong number on file, I left work early wasted my time driving their to be disappointed, very unprofessional. I would have felt better if I was told the truth ‘maybe’ that priority was given to someone else who needed the vaccine urgently ‘I would feel better thinking I saved a life or something’ instead of being told that they have been out since 2 weeks ago. How can you be out 2 weeks ago but I called and made an appointment three days ago because the system (811) stated that you have it on hand.
