I know I was a difficult client because I had difficult circumstances, but Natasha was able to wave her magic wand and find a house that really fit me. Not an easy task given my challenges and how particular I am. I had been looking around for a while and was feeling defeated, but she took me to see a several houses and was quick to determine what was specifically important to me. She presented me with several great options and helped narrow it down to the one that best suited my circumstances. In the end, she expertly delivered a house that is equipped with what is most precious to me in a home, aside from the souls who fill it. Natasha was conscientious of my time, budget, and conditions, and there is no doubt that her instincts, expertise, communication and accessibility were excellent; but even more notable, I legitimately felt that she was 100% invested in helping my find my home throughout the entire process. She is very smart and ahead on her research of the communities and amenities in the areas. As we were shopping, she gave us all the relevant information that we had asked as part of our priority list, and she even went as far as finding Edmonton city future development plans in the areas of interest. I must say, she is so Legit and Fun to shop with, even the kids loved the fun items she brought along the ride. Finally after we moved in, she gave us a household items as a welcome kit she made time to show us around the community areas (as a friend), and not as Realtor. So awesome. I definitely enjoyed the experience we had, and I will recommend her over and over again.
