★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I need to switch branches. This location is terrible. Always poor service. I am not sure how a retail bank decides to randomly close early without updating their hours online and on Google Maps. Thanks for wasting my time. Another point of advice to the person who made this sign you should probably write the actual date as well because now I don't know if you're closed early today and tomorrow or if you're closed yesterday and today because there's no reference to when today actually is and when tomorrow actually is.

I was going talk with the manager she said, she will call me back I haven’t heard from her in a month I call the Center still I didn’t talk any manager what is going on RBC? It wasn’t like that when I open my account back on 2006 I am looking another Bancorp I am not sure which one I go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blond woman at 11:59AM on Dec 30/21 arguing with teller that she doesn’t need to wear a mask. They actually served her instead of punting her out the door. Disgusting. I guess profit is more important than doing the right thing during a pandemic.
I’m not blaming the staff. It’s a management problem that they don’t take a firm stand.

Unprofessional staff with lack of banking knowledge.Especially a Indian lady who yelling at one of the customers who’s doing stuff with her own business account. So rude and unprofessional. And when is my turn . This lady just keep talking and talking none sense . I would give it no start if I can .
Don’t want to continue business with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly if I could provide a lower star I would. Horrible customer service, you have to trouble shoot your own concerns the staff can be extremely dismissive. I have asked to speak to a branch manager and am still waiting for this call so I will
be lodging a formal complaint. Take your money else where customer service which is center of any great organization is not offered at this institution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch is TERRIBLE !! their ATM never works, they should just close their drive thru . Their staff is dumb and rude .. i wish i could just change banks and rid myself with all the frustration. This branch use to be pretty good good efficient staff but I am not what happened the entire staff got let go and this new ( predominately Indian ) staff took over. They don’t know to carry out most day to day teller transactions at first secondly they change branch hours without notice. Very frustrating!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. Anytime you go into the branch you wait inline anywhere from 30-45 min only to watch 2 customers get served. You shouldn’t have to wait 45 min to deposit money into an account!!!!!! Either get more people working the front or get people who can tend to customers in a decent time.
