The manager seemly is not concerned for the health of her employees, just their availability to work. She would rather expose her employees to the virus than close the bank. I am appalled by this behavior, considering one of my loved ones is potentially sick because of her lack of care and ethics. She needs to be reported.
H	Hula Double on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im a taxi driver. My customer was a 69 year old lady who has disability issues. She cannot use online services and she cannot use the machine. I took her to her TD bank branch as she requested, located in the northgate. We arrived there and there was a legit line up of 15 people, and it was -20. I told her my branch at albany is not this busy, i will take you there on my expense. We came over, and there was a line up of 4 people. all which were young people who can easily use online services or the machine. The lady waited outside patiently for 15 minutes. When it was finally her turn to go inside, this ruthless employee from the bank came out and asked her what she needs from the bank. AFTER SHE WAITED 15 MINUTES. She told her to go do it online and never gave my customer a chance to explain herself. Im really disgusted by this, im so upset that im going to use a different bank. Im never dealing with td ever again.
C	Carter Higginson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olawumi Olaniyan was very pleasant and provided excellent service. My card had recently been compromised and she was quick and efficient with getting me a new debit card and having one mailed with my name on it. Very good customer service.

I did go to the td location closer to me - however found this one easier to navigate with my walker etc. My first time at the location - I had my walker etc and at first I thought I was going to be turned away. I did point out that while I am not senior the website does clearly point out seniors and others with greater health risks/vulnerable people. I was then able to enter the branch. I have been doing all my banking there since then. Thank you for allowing the 1st hour for those who are trying to limit their exposure as much as possible. Thank you for making my banking experience as pleasant and simple as possible during these stressful times.
N	Norine Simard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were pre-approved for a mortgage through this branch recently. The financial advisor would say she'd get back to us and then not follow up. She missed the conditions removal date for finances and we had to ask for an extension even though we had been pre-approved. We almost lost the house we put an offer on. She asked for proof of employment over and over again. She forwarded our application to the back office not using our full income stating the debt to income ratio was "good enough." She called us last minute late in the evening to state we did not have enough money for our down payment missing that we had sent a $5000 deposit bank draft with the offer. When we told her about already sending the bank draft with the offer she stated she didn't think it was going to work and that she'd call us back. She did not and we were unable to contact her again the next day. This was the most STRESSFUL experience buying a house ever. We will stay with TD but will never deal with this branch again. It would have been easier to import a camel from Egypt via Air Canada using cryptocurrency.
A	Alex Y (Crushor4k) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a negative experience at this location and figured it may have been a one-off experience, I happened to google it out of curiosity to find that it seems to be consistent and begins at the management level. This TD location is not even close to the level of customer service and professionalism I have grown to expect from TD. Avoid at all costs! Drive 10 minutes down the road to an alternate.
G	Grin When you die on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a lady with glasses that us some sort of Manager. She never hops on and helps out like the blonde lady. The line up was full and it could have been downsized multiple times.
