Can only be used as an ATM, so it may as well just be some ATMS.

β β β β β NEVER going here again. No tellers.... Staff were completely clueless as to how to help me. When I asked for my card back... they insisted on helping me... And held onto my card. I had to straight up tell them with an irritated attitude that "this is ridiculous ok I want my card back and I'm going to go somewhere else."

β β β β β worst bank to deal with, been going to them for 3 years with the exact same cheque and they put a hold on it. Plus the customer service here is just horrible as well going to switch over to another bank this is by far the worst bank to deal with.

β β β β β When there to get help with my debt. Spoke to a lady who I assumed knew what she was doing. This was not helpful in any way and it was a huge waste of my time. This has made me want to pull out all of my banking from them and go somewhere else. Do not go here for financial advice

β β β β β Shelby is the worst bank manager very unprofessional. Her teller had misinformed me of how to deposit an insurance cheque which lead me to be in a deficit. After finally tracking her down to discuss why my account was in a deficit. She refused to fix it. When I asked for a manager she rudely responded she was the manager. As Iβm telling her that my account got flagged by the wrong advice of her teller who told me to deposit the cheque at the atm which lead to my account being locked and put into a large deficits where they are going to charge interest on the deficits all due to the negligence of the teller who didnβt properly read the insurance cheque and now Iβve lost use of my debit account, and all my preauth payments are going to be bounced back causing me more stress over her negligence. She didnβt care that her incompetence has now lead me to not be able to buy food, gas, pay for bills ect. Do not get any financial advice from this incompetent woman or the bank she manages

β β β β β Decent CIBC, mainly for ATM use. Never really used the inside services due to them not being able to give cash inside or exchange.?
Nice wide drive thru service ATM with wide road to access.
Friendly staff and willing to help with quick services.
Location is good can access it from St.Albert or the Anthony Henday Highway.
Crisp dollars every time with no envelope deposits. ??Machines work fairly quick and never dealt with an issue of no money.
