★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't understand the poor ratings of this particular branch. Victoria and Karen are outstanding people, Adam - an awesome individual, and all the associates working at the branch are super friendly, helpful, accommodating, and kind. In fact, incredibly kind!! It's less "business" feeling and more "family" feeling. Yes, they're closed Monday, but they're open Saturday. This isn't a sticking point - not to me anyway. Great branch and even greater associates working there!! "Real people" who really care. 6 stars if there was the option!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the WORST BANK EVER!!!!!! Getting through to customer service is a whole day, and if you are lucky enough to actually speak with someone chances are they don't work in that department (even though you have been transfered to them by the last rep who couldn't help) or you get put back on hold for a few more hours before you get hung up on.
Please save yourself the stress and just go with a different bank! I am only posting one star because it won't let me post with no stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only did they close the branch in Pemberton, but it's literally impossible to call the Whistler (closest) branch, unless you want to talk to a computer or get transferred to a call centre who-knows-where and get put on hold for an hour. Scotiabank is the worst of the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was transferred to this branch when my local branch closed. Shortly after that I was dealing with a fraud issue and the customer service I received was terrible. The staff did not seem knowledgeable and the lack of communication was very frustrating. It really seemed that they did not have my best interest. After many years of banking with Scotiabank, this was enough for me to close my accounts and transfer to a new bank.
