★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have banked w ATB Financial for 2 years now. I walked in to this branch. Staff were at first aloof and cold somewhat snobby. I was on my way to work and stopped in. Any bank needs friendly approachable HELPFUL staff. This branch gets one measly star. Bad customer service.

The ladies, Chito, Lystra and Patricia are very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating, friendly and so easy to deal with in all aspects of our company needs. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently started a new job, which bring me to do deposits to either this Branch or Oliver Square. I have been to both, but will Keep this one as my GO -TO from now on. I almost do not want to write a review for fear it gets to busy, because I am never waiting long. The 2 ladies at the front are friendly, profession and all around great ladies!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would. Most of the workers here are unbelievably rude and unhelpful. I usually go to ATB Oliver Square branch and always have an amazing, extremely simple experience. But the last few times it was more convenient to go to this location and I couldn't even believe how bad their customer service is. One of the tellers was struggling to verify a cheque, which I never had a problem with before, and her attitude and behaviour made me feel like I was doing something wrong just by being there. I went back again thinking it might've been just that one teller but had an exact same problem. I ended up getting my cheque back and going back to Oliver where I had no issues. I've been depositing money for my company for over 4 years at ATB and never had a problem besides at this location. Don't waste your time going here, they won't help you and will make you feel horrible. Unfriendly and unhelpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this new location since they opened up a few years ago and it is conveniently down the street from my work at Airport Road. I was very hesitant trying this new branch as I am a loyal client of ATB Killarney. I can't express how friendly and helpful Lystra and Patricia are to me whether I'm doing a simple business deposit or requesting bank statements from 4 years ago for my accountant. Every visit to this branch I always get welcomed by a friendly smile from Lystra and Patricia and these two have always been patient and friendly with me and yes there are times that I have to wait a little long but that's just part of business. You're going have to wait regardless whether its banking or going to a grocery store. Overall, I would highly recommend this ATB Branch to anyone that is in the neighborhood or whoever that needs to drop in along the way. Keep up the great work ladies!!
