C	CG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped off a prescription and went back 3 hours later and it still wasn’t ready! It was a tube of cream. Had to go back a third time. This was the third strike (or probably fifth or sixth) and I will be changing pharmacies.
M	Marie G Constant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience with pharmacy. Staff told me I had an hour wait for my prescription. I came back 3 hours later, and I still had to wait an hour. I was not called or buzzed to tell my prescription was ready though, I had to go up and ask if my prescription was being prepared. It took them time to find where it was. It is frustrating, unprofessional and disrespectful truly.
A	Alex McLean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could leave a 0 star I would. The service rendered was atrocious. Was told prescription would be ready by 6 pm. Arrived at the pharmacy for 6:15. Waited 40 minutes for the prescription with no avail. Called back later to see if the prescription was ready, phone was answered by an EXTREMELY rude man. Who refused to put me through to anyone else or even give me his name. So I drove there in hopes of getting the prescription back to have it filled elsewhere. No luck on that front either. All I walked out with was a business card of the supposed manager, his name, and Ahmed muttering under his breath in the background. Absolutely dispicable service, it boggles my mind how he is employed.

G	Greg Stein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pharmacy team is incapable of meeting timeframes that they offer you themselves. If you value your time you should go somewhere else. If you have no choice but to fill scripts at this location you should choose the first available offered and then wait an additional day at which point it MIGHT be ready. Good luck!
D	Derrick Meyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff of Shoppers are great but the post office is horrific. I will drive 10 minutes out of my way in future just to avoid the abysmal staff. I stood behind the only man at the counter assuming it was the line up. The staff continued to chat with the customer. After a few minutes someone else walked up and graciously said that I was there firs lt when the staff member left to assist her. The staff laughingly said "well there's no cash desk over there". I can do without the attempt at public embarrassment and shaming. The staff was simply socializing and had no desire to interrupt her conversation. I asked about service costs for mail forwarding and was informed that she can't tell me the cost until I produce the needed documents. Could be $1.00 could be $10000. When I asked what the list of items was she told me to check Canada Post online. (Even though she was literally looking at the list). I will never again come to this location which is a shame. Canada Post should be a service and a location to drive traffic to a store rather than drive it away. Recommend you stay away too.
C	Curtis Terry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the worst pharmacists. They are never available for a call, and I'm always waiting at least half an hour over the phone just to refill my prescriptions. And whenever I am finally able to talk to them, they are extremely hard to understand. They always mumble and talk quietly.
J	Jessica Leigh King on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been coming here for over five years now for all my pharmacy and cosmetic/personal care products. The staff had been amazing. Especially Tracy (unsure if spelling right or last name ) . I hope she gets recognition for her outstanding service and professionalism. I usually see her in the cosmetic department when I walk in. Most of them make my bare face gleam when I see them regularly and dealing with them has been a pleasure. I would recommend giving them a chance to win your heart over.
