★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, I didn't do taxes for 5 years, 2015 needed to mail in. They said 12 weeks, it has now been 32 weeks. I paid for there services out of my refunds however now when I contact them about my return I get nothing except it is still coming, Not once have they given me a reason or even checked on there end if it was completed properly, Do not go here, just do it yourself or use a professional accountant. Lesson learned

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have been doing my taxes for 5 years and I am very satisfied with the service. Staff is knowledgeable and professional very efficient. Never had to wait long. If I made an appointment they didn't make me wait. They know the new tax rules and I never waited for my tax return, was given check the same day. Will be seeing them next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i wasnt happy with the service nor the experience at H&R Block here, a couple of the staff were good but i would strongly recommend that finding another firm to do your taxes.
H&R was double the price of another firm, incorrect on the numbers and the difference between H&R and the other firm we went to was just over 1k.
That is a huge loss for a person and even a bigger mistake when someone says you owe when you dont.
Thank god i was able to pull out when i did or i would been screwed even more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute Garbage. The tax expert we dealt with was great but everything else was garbage... Booked an appointment online after hearing a radio commercial saying that it was an option... Show up for the appointment to be told they aren't doing it this year because of Covid. Maybe update your website and radios ads...
Front desk worker is completely clueless and very rude. They have tons of people crammed in the front office waiting because of how clueless she is which is against social distancing but we can't have a 1 on 1 with the tax expert. Makes no sense.
A friend of mine dropped off her taxes hours before me but yet I got my taxes back first and she's still waiting. She asked how that happened and was told they just put all returns in a drawer and they are pulled out and done randomly instead of in order.
Absolutely Chaos dealing with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment online. Arrived for my appointment only to be told it was a drop off only. I told reception that the lady would not be able to do my taxes and so I was allowed to speak to a consultant. Four hours later I was still there trying to get my taxes done as she kept leaving the desk and helping others. After everything was said and done, she said I would get some money back as she was an accountant and knew what she was doing. When CRA assessed I had to pay in. How can they get it so wrong. Do not use this service. Probably cheaper and better to use a real accountant.
