I needed a new accountant ... so I did a search on google for local accountants in Durham Region. I went through many - but - as soon as I read about James' firm, I know this was the one. I selected James based on those reviews. I must say the great reviews were absolutely, positively accurate. I went into his office extremely concerned ... I left feeling a million times better. I explained the situation, he took all my information, was understanding, friendly, compassionate and said he would have it all straightened out in a few days. Further, he gave me some advice on the workings of the CRA and how to manage an issue I was having. Sure enough, problem solved. He was able to quickly resolve the problem, submit my returns and an anchor that had been weighing me down for months was removed. Subsequent to my matters, James' handled my mom's returns and 3 years of returns for my daughter - who lives in Toronto but I suggested James when she had some tax matters to resolve. James is Efficient; Friendly; Local; PROFESSIONAL. Folks, this is my first EVER google review.
