There were some changes we negotiated be made prior to moving in. Paul was very accommodating and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. We have now been in the house for almost two years with no issues. Our house has been off warranty for a year however some siding blew off and got damaged in a bad storm. We talked to Paul and he had people come out and fix it for us no charge. We would highly recommend Paul and Welcome Homes and would purchase another home from him in the future.

From allowing us time with the lot selection, to several meetings to discuss our house plans and design, Paul was very patient and knowledgeable every step of the way. Once construction began, Paul, Fernando, and Mike were great to deal with. Allowing us safe access to the site during construction made a huge difference and gave us peace of mind that things were being done the right way. Welcome Homes doesn't let "trades" build their homes, they are frequently on-site to supervise and inspect every step of the way. Welcome Homes was also very accommodating when it came to material and product selection, allowing us time to check out different showrooms and putting us in touch with their contacts. Building a custom home can be a long process but Welcome Homes maintains communication and makes it easy. Paul was also a great realtor that took care of selling our old house. We had never sold a house before so we had very little experience in this area, but Paul took care of everything. Yes, they do that... I would highly recommend Paul and the Welcome Homes team.

All I can say is that Paul and his family are the real deal. High quality modern finishes with unique individual personality and style. Its the small details that make the difference. Nothing was over looked. Finishes and end product were perfect. Building new can be stressful but we found with Paul it was a very easy process with open and honest communication. Possession of the property was quick but very detailed, a great experience. Paul is quick to reply to any inquiry and quick on site if you need him. We see him in the neighborhood and get a wave or stop for a quick chat.
