Belvista is the best builder, I have ever seen in my life, customer service, quality and prices are exceptional and can’t be beaten. I recently bought my dream house with them. Amani is the guy who helped me a lot during my purchase process. He was always there for my queries and has always answered and solved my questions and concerns. Appliances was my responsibility but Amani installed for me everything and worked hard till 2:00 AM in the morning. Belvista homes built our dream house for us in Fraser vista two years ago and we couldn't be more thrilled. The design was great, we signed the agreement and the house was ready in only 4 months, The showhome is very nice but the lady who works at the showhome does not behave like she is serving customers, she is always listening to the music , the Owner was very helpful, patient and full of inspiration with ideas, we’ve been in the house for two years now and the everyone is absolutely loves it. We looked at many builders, ranging from small to the volume builders and are very happy we found Belvista homes . I could not recommend them any higher

I like the service provided by Belvista homes , they really helpful and patient with all the questions we had throughout the whole process of the purchase. Words cannot express how grateful we are for Belvista homes. They built our dream house. We had been looking for awhile and found a quick possession on MLS. Our new home is more than we could have asked for. Belvista has some amazing floor plans. I instantly fell in love with the home. Amani, the owner is remarkable. Our experience, has blown our minds. He made some changes to the house that better fit our family. He was very accommodating. We had a quick possession timeframe but wanted a few changes before we moved in. We had multiple trades: cabinets and electrician make changes before our possession. This all happened a bit before Christmas and New Years. Everything was done before we moved in. I was a bit worried about cabinets being ready with what I had heard about wait times but the cabinet company had the cabinet I wanted done in 3 days and the additional working was very reasonably priced. I have never heard of the a builder that goes above an like Belvista. Amani given offered to help my husband install the appliance he was having a difficult time installing. The city was suppose to clear some snow by our driveway before we moved in. They never made it. My husband was shovelling snow and Amani help him clear the snow. Wow! He gave us his personal number for concerns and communication. Wow, we are so impressed. He is also well connected. We have purchased blinds with a very reasonable price through his connection. We are now moved in and everyday we fall more in love with our beautiful new home. If you are thinking about building through Belvista or buying a quick possession we would highly recommend it.
