About Art Homes
Art Homes is an energetic, forward-thinking, mid-sized and meticulous homebuilder. What does this mean? We narrow in and pay attention to every crevice, every cranny and every detail in your home. We treat each build like our only build and every client like our only client. Why? Because little details play a huge role in thoughtful planning. And happy clients mean that we’ve done our job and done it right.
While we’re young and vibrant, don’t be fooled. We’ve been meticulously building homes since 2006. Our “squad” of industry leaders offers the ultimate building experience from customer service to interior design to building. We’re members of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association, and we’re built green. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “I met with Deep last year as I was looking for a new home for me and my family. I was looking at houses on the market that were a few or so years older due to needing a quick move in but after a few meetings deep explained with great detail the market, the subdivisions they offer, spec, art homes customization and I was sold. I’m now moved into a home in the subdivision of woodhaven and me and my family could not be happier. Deep and the Art Homes team throughout and before the build process explained everything in great detail. Definitely recommend to go speak with deep in Keswick even just for info as I am sure he would be willing to help wether buying or not!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopefully, this is delivered to the owner of Arthomes directly, not through the manager or supervisors cause it seems like they don't care that much. Since last Winter, I had to had horrible experience due to Arthomes workers. Firstly, they trespassed my property and used my electricity without my permission (But the worker apologized with a letter, so that I just let them go at that time). Secondly, they destroyed the sidings of my home, thus I asked them to repair but they constantly postponing the schedule. On top of that, last week they even took out the a couple of sidings intentionally and never came back.

I was nervous about the first purchase but he helped out in easing the nerves by going over and above in ensuring I get what I’m looking for in my house. They are professional and easy to deal with. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were searching for a home for quite a while and I found myself at Arbours of Keswick where I met Jaskaran and Inderdeep. Both of them provided Excellent customer service and were extremely helpful to me and my girlfriend.
We went through a huge amount of questions and information over a span of about 8 weeks, had multiple showings and spent hours going over designs, models, and general information sessions. They worked around my schedule, often past business hours and dipping into their own time for me.
The entire time they were extremely patient and answered all my questions while providing advice, never pushy and very understanding. They gave me a lot of different options to look at, starting from the build process until the finished product.
Their show homes have very nice designs with flexiblility in terms of layouts and was everything we were looking for in a home, but unfortunately we had to put off the home search for the time being due to the effect COVID has had on our jobs.
However when we do get back into the market we will definitely be looking to build a home with Art Homes.

Now to talk about the homes they design, words can’t do justice. Impeccable sense of style, class, elegance and finesse. Every little detail is well thought out and there’s a solution to any problems you may have had with previous homes.
