Taylor β€œThe Man” Sellen is honestly the best Property Manager i’ve come across!! He was so accommodating from the beginning. You can tell he genuinely cares about everyones situation. In the 4 months I’ve been a tenant all my dealings with him have been more than amazing. I appreciate his positive & fun aurora. Just an all around great guy who will make you feel comfortable. Thank you For everything Taylor!! All the staff have been so far great. The units are beautiful new builds - exactly what you see in the professional photos. Great neighbourhood. Can’t say enough good things about my experience thus far!

This location was okay, however the manager is very unfriendly and charges you for lies and doesn't care for your well being. This company only cares about is making money and screwing you over. The units are okay, however they where not built properly/ way too fast and have major structural damages that haven't been dealt with. Had 0 A/C the intire year I lived here, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer barely worked, had a hole in the roof that leaked into my unit, Brought up to manger she did nothing.

Pros: 1. air conditioning 2. Ground floor units patio doors are key entry so you can just lock and leave without having to go through the building 3. Accommodating with my rental payment on one or two occasions when I had to pay it late due to unforseen circumstances 4. In suite washer and dryer 5. For myself personally, all of my appliances worked perfectly with no issues. Cons: 1. Paid parking- ridiculous 2. this was hands down, one of the loudest buildings/complexes I have ever lived in.

I am IMPRESSED. The buildings are clean, and brand new. Groundskeepers are out and about daily cleaning off sidewalks, the hallways have been vacuumed twice already, the garbage truck is here every day, the on site managers are approachable, always smiling, as well as ready to deal with any and all concerns from all 256 apartments in this complex. That's a lot of people! The neighbors seem friendly, and so far, everyone has been respectful of each other's quiet spaces. Masks are worn by everyone, in the halls, in the office, and even the workers outside. I have personally seen people sanitizing common areas, including the mailboxes three times and I've only lived here six days including the weekend. The people that are leaving negative reviews clearly have personal issues, because they are so inaccurate it's not even funny. They have closed circuit cameras, key fob entry, and buzzers for guests, the area is really nice and only a few minutes from any shopping. Security, health conscious neighbors and staff, quiet area...it doesn't get much better than this!

Avoid like the plague.. they are brand new apartments and they are falling apart. In one month my fridge door fell of and my fire alarm is malfunctioning and it has been 3 weeks and no one came to fix it! They want to charge me a service fee to fix my fire alarm also so I have a non functional fire alarm. When you call they outsource it to an India call center who hang up on you every time you call and are so rude. Avoid, it's not worth it. Now they claim I owe 50$ in damages that were already there and won't stop harrassing me for it. AVOID, RUN AWAY Update: They ended up charging me 350$ for a stain on the wall that was there when i moved in. Avoid avoid avoid. Update 2: They just responded below as you can see, I called and they said there is nothing to be done, so the response below is just to try to undermine the information I provided.

I moved in three weeks ago and I am very happy with my choice. My place is bright, spacious, and was very clean (like new) when I got the keys. Love the layout of the suite and the prices are reasonable. The managers are quite welcoming, friendly, and very quick to address any concern. If you need immediate assistance with anything, there is always someone to assist you with a quick phone call. So far I have not had any issues. The actual rental process went quite smoothly and the managers were very willing to accommodate my needs upon move-in. The common areas are always clean and well-maintained. The neighbours seem friendly and respectful. I love the area! I have no issues finding parking in the street since I do not want to pay for parking at this moment.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone with children to move to this building . Not only are we constantly disturbed with loud intoxicated party goers every weekend but we have to deal with the smell of cigarettes and stronger substances on a daily basis . The smoke travels easily through vents ( vents are completely black) and complaining about this issues multiple times has accomplished nothing . It seems all this rental agency cares about is money . As I write this Review my apartment is vibrating from the base of loud music being played by tenants on the floor above us . Absolutely not the place for a family in my opinion .
