β β β β β Awesome place to rent from. The team there were very friendly. Theres was always someone cleaning in and outside of the buildings. The location is one of a kind! Cant find alot places that had your shopping needs a block away from your home. Very quiet location. Only reason I moved out was because I bought a house. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Then a Government cheque was stolen and cashed after I moved out.
AVOID.
It is not a safe building, NOT Secure.

β β β β β I lived at 120 Albany Drive for 8 years. The property is well kept. It is surrounded by many amenities such as gym/grocery store/convenience stores etc. The site manager, Ms. Bayan is extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly on the day I had to move. She's a very kind person and I am certain that you will have the similar experience while dealing with Bayan. I'd like to extend my sincere gratitude to Ms. Bayan and her team on site. You guys are awesome!
