Dr Abood is the best. I did have an appointment booked for 3:15 and saw the doctor at 3:45 however, this is to be expected as throughout the day it's impossible to plan for everything as clients may require more time then others, some clients may come late etc... I don't believe the doctor plans to make us wait. However, he cant rush every client out of his office when he's late for his next appointment. In this industry you can't be wrong when you're diagnosing someone, I would much rather wait 30 minutes instead of being welcomed by a doctor at the door.

Worst reception ever !!... the people answering phones always promise things they never keep. Clinics keep saying everything turning into phone or online , but yet when asked to speak to a doctor ..such a simple task, they keep promising DR will call back and never happens !! I do not Recomend this clinic at all , they never follow up . This system has become all Business , they must make more money if someone actually goes in person. Zero stars!!!

Very unkind reception, treat you like you aren't important and will roll their eyes at you. Rude on the phone and rude in person. It's funny how unprofessional they are, considering the doctors are usually great. I can see why people are moving away from going to this office and choosing other places. I have done the same. Hopefully they will improve their reception team or train them properly so that they'll get better reviews in the future.

The resptions are absoylty disgusting very rude never being able to coparite with you . The staff needs to go back to reception school cause clearly they didn’t learn anything . Dr.Ali is amazing and a great doctor but you should really consider changing ur staff .for example I had called in today to tell them I won’t be able to come into my appointment but instead of hearing me out the staff member on the other end started to yell and me and refused to cooperate .anthor example is when no one was wearing a mask but out of all those people who had been coughing etc. She called me and told me that I need to put a mask on keep in mind all those other people were Arab .you never get in at your appointment time instead the front desk lets other people in Dutch people late yet when I’m late she denies me the appointment.I’ve never met a clinic with this bad of customer service ??

The receptions at the front with curly hair is extremely rude and has a big attitude. I asked her a question and she responded in an extremely aggrasive and disrespectful way. On the other Dr Ali is the best

This review would get 5 stars if it werent for the receptionists (minus Yasmine, shes the absolute best!). It is nearly impossible to get ahold of the office, no matter what time I call. I would prefer to see my family doctor, Dr Abood, but since I cant get ahold to make an appointment, I'm going to have to go elsewhere. Dr. Abood is the best doctor I've ever had. He is very patient, kind and has been a major support in my wellness. A lot of doctors will rush you through without listening to your symptoms. This man takes the time and does the tests to find the cause of the issue. Yasmine is always a kind and friendly face at reception. You can tell she works hard because shes always running around doing something. The other receptionists...they are often rude, make you wait a long time past your scheduled appointment and dont communicate an estimated time, which is annoying when you have other places to be.

Customer service sucks, one staff member that was working today has attitude and thinks that she owns that clinic, must be really sad for them to divide the clinic. Manager thinks she has a degree in some medical field.. they really need to have manners if they want to see more patients.. very unacceptable. I feel like there needs to be new staff or better management.

The front end staff is awful. They seldom answer the phones. When they do, you get put on hold for 10-20 minutes. Somehow, even when the pharmacy has faxed RX refill requests over 4 days in a row, they say they never received them. Then, I get told that the dr will call me for a phone appointment, and shocker, he doesn't call. I doubt he even was asked to. They are rude, non empathetic and disorganized.
