I can always get an appointment within a couple of days when I need it, my last doctor it took weeks to get in. Dr.Abdellatif is so friendly and caring, so is not one to rush you out, she makes sure she has all the info she needs for her diagnosis. she is awesome!

Doctors are retiring left and right yet that won’t accept any new patients even though on the website says accepting new patients. Love the compassion during these hard times.

Ive been a patient of Dr.Lee for a couple of years and i can honestly say she's one of the best doctors i've had the pleasure of calling my family doctor. She's attentive and really listens to what you have to say. Sadly, i cant say anything good about the one lady whose a receptionist there named Mel. Extremely rude and lots of attitude every time i call. Not only have i had this experience with her but my friend whose also a patient of DR.Lee has as well. Today was by far the worst experience i've had after calling. I told her that the initial pharmacy that my prescription was sent to didn't receive it and since i was on hold with that particular pharmacy for an hour if she was able to send it to another one. She told me she would not be calling any pharmacy to get the fax number and that "you people" always do this. I don't even know how to take that last part. I get sometimes people aren't having a good day and they might take it out on you but its extremely unprofessional and business should never be conducted in that manner especially when dealing with people medications.

The doctor here are good but the receptionist are very very rude and has no good customer service. In the website it said that they care for there patient but when it comes to the receptionist, they are locking of that. Don't no how to talk to their patient. Instead of helping what the patient needs they just gonna make it worse for you. If they help you, they gonna make you feel guilty that their helping you. Your receptionist need to go back to school or send them back to school to learn about customer service. Because of what i experience, I might just find a different family doctor just because of your receptionist. I been already experiencing bad thing with your receptionist but been letting it pass but this last one is the worst. Usually it's the old lady feels like she's menoposing every send when you talk to her both this time is both of them. My family doctor is really good that's way I stayed but because of what I experience with both of your receptionist I rather find someone else. They need to learn phone etiquette and good customer service. I can't stress that enough.

The receptionist "Mel" has one of the most horrible disgusting attitudes, I have ever encountered with, being a medical office receptionist. She has no manners, she has such a horrible tone to her voice when speaking to clients, she has no customer service knowledge. If I didn't admire and respect Dr. Trung, as my GM I would never call this place. This is probably my 4th or 5th time encountering her horrible pathetic attitude and then she decides to hang up on me for my "attitude". Wondering what triggered my attitude to begin with. Ths girl has no manners and needs to go back to school and learn customer service. QUALITY CARE NEEDS Quality employees!
