★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has taken almost 2 months to get a simple form completed. A form he has done many times for others, that he consistently didnt complete in full and did wrong, even though he knows how its supposed to be done. If you need a form filled out for ANY reason document the events - dates and times. from what I read elsewhere he causes problems for a lot of people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to him to get my testosterone levels checked. He sent me for blood work twice and due to Covid I requested the results be read over the phone. I was able to get the first results delivered that way, but his receptionist would not able to give me an answer for the second results. She told me twice I would receive a call back with nothing and the third time I called after a couple of weeks I was told he no longer does phone results which makes no sense in today’s environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE, front end staff is extremely rude and very unprofessional. Dr. Kondi is even worse, horrible attitude, very stuck up and ignorant. Patient care is not his number one concern, it's as if he feels that people need him. Unfortunately for him there are many better qualified and competant doctors out there that are more understanding of a patients needs. DO NOT GO HERE if you want the best care because this doctor does not have your best interest in mind!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like Kondi when I first met him. Highly professional and very knowledgeable about my disorder. When I had appointments with him he regularly cancelled. When I had to cancel one of my appointments with him and then I tried to book another and then they turned me away saying I cancelled to many times. It was once I cancelled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing doctor. Dr. Kondi is one of the very few doctors I've seen who have genuinely cared about my condition. He has tremendously helped my health improve. Highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to see an endocrinologist. Professional, knowledgeable, genuine, helpful doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst doctor I’ve ever been to. I got Type 1 Diabetes at 31yrs old and have never had much for health issues. With the first six months of being on my own to manage mg blood sugar levels I told him how things had been going and rather than explaining what I was doing wrong I was shamed and given horror story after horror story about strokes. Then out of the blue I found out through my pharmacist that he was no longer seeing me and I would have to follow up through my family doctor, when I called no reason given. Previous to that he had cancelled on me multiple times for both phone and in person, with the in person done when I arrived, so missed work and drove down for nothing. Avoid this doctor if at all possible.
