★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to cancel my auto insurance with AMA because I found a cheaper insurance els where and I spoke to AMA agent his name is Brandon Brussel, he was very rude and told me that am not getting my 2 month deposit back even though my one year renewal is over and I have every right to not do another year renewal, if you are looking to start auto or home insurance or be AMA member be prepared to be cheated and get your money stolen , am going to call his boss and if his boss didn't help then I will report them , dont deal with AMA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very difficult if you want to speak directly to an agent at the Manning location via a phone call. The phone automated service keeps redirecting your phone calls. Ended up talking to 2 different phone operators at a call centre.
Never got to resolve my booking an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my son to there for his road test, the person testing who was asian was very picky about my vehicle. Even though there was nothing wrong with it, he made a big deal. He was not friendly at all and his English was almost impossible to understand. It was a very bad experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a member since 1984. For the first time, I called to get help with some travel arrangements to Vancouver Island. It costs over $100 for you to help me. I thought this membership was more than emergency road assistance. I am so disappointed. All the money that I have paid over the years and nothing in return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t bother taking a road test here. It is more expensive than other registry’s in the area even with a membership and I feel my test was unfair. The lady I had as my examiner was unfriendly right from my first interaction and didn’t even explain why or where I accumulated most my points during the test. I went to another registry in the area for my 2nd road test a few days later and easily passed first try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You are immediately greeted by a nice friendly lady at the door. She will assist you with where you need to go. While in line, the social distance indicators are clearly marked and staff DO help reinforce them just in case your fellow member of society needs a reminder. Quick efficient service is what you'll receive when your turn arrives.
