★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Making a bad situation worse is their specialty. Complete negligence while towing your car and a total lack of accountability for their actions. Damaged my vehicle while dropping off in front of video cameras, which clearly show the driver getting stuck while unloading and tearing off part of the front bumper of my vehicle and cracking the front splitter and him completely checking underneath the vehicle afterwards to assess the damage. Came clean with them to ask them nicely to fix the situation through insurance to which they claimed they had absolutely no idea, lying through their teeth. After giving them this video to show them the "proof" that they wanted instead of owning up to it, they have completely ghosted me. Avoid this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I found someone else the worst service, I drive a low sports car told the driver to lift it from the front as well and he told me it’s going to be extra charge I told him it’s fine because AMA is covering it and he didn’t I didn’t check when he drop it off at the shop but I saw him pulling in and was the front of the car was not lifted so it damaged my pumper I called his boss told me it was there problem and I was charged $360 for a 5km tow sounds like a rip off to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was visiting Edmonton for the weekend with my friends and needed some emergency roadside assistance. The guys from Transformers Towing were professional and came to help us within a few minutes in the busy traffic of Edmonton. Would highly recommend their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a collision in a cold snap, I needed a tow to a nearby auto-body place. The tow truck arrived in great time, considering the demand for towing with the weather. The driver was courteous and fast, we agreed upon a price for proximity to the auto body place, and I paid for the service.
The one star is because I was charged an additional $50 after my car was attached to the truck and my taxi was waiting. I asked for the purpose of the additional charge and was not provided any reason.
Shady practice, would never use again. Do not recommend.
