AND they’re on their phone 24/7 And when I tell her plz slow down u rough with my hair she tells me u need to take care of it hair who says that, I don’t usually write comments but this time I don’t want any female to go thro what I been thro. ZERO STAR

They have a really bad service and the staff are super rude and unprofessional, the make up is cheap from dollar store who does this !!!!!!! Also they make you wait so long . I feel sorry that I spent my $200 dollars for that bad equality make up and attitude. zero star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible stylists. Do they even have a licence? I went in for a simple layered cut and came out looking all lop sided. One side was longer than the other. I had to go to an entirely different salon to get it straightened out. I would personally avoid that place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please avoid this place if you want to have a nice hair! The owner Kamal does not know anything even though he wants to act professional. This guy basically burned my hair with bleach while doing partial highlights. I went for a consultation before getting my hair done and he acted nice and professional so I went to him. he used a very strong bleach and volume product in my hair since I have a dark brown hair. then let me set under the hair dryer for more than 10 minutes, I was already nervous as he wasn't checking my hair and was busy flirting with me and asking personal questions which I wasn't comfortable answer at all. after checking and noticing that my hair is burned, he washed it and told me that my hair wasn't strong so that's why it happened!! I was lucky that it was only parts not my entire head. then he tried to fix it by putting dark brown dye on my hair almost 3 times to get it back to the original colour!
after 4 hours of being in his salon for all this, he gave me a haircut to clean up his miss and he charged me $45 dollars for the hair cut!
Stupid enough I didn't fight with him and gave him the money and left in tears. Later as I was washing or brushing my hair, it was coming off in big chunks...I had to get a short hair cut because of this unprofessional hair dresser. I went to talk to him and get a refund, he was hiding and never gave me a refund!
very disastrous experience, please avoid this place or this guy if you love your hair. :(((
