★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the 7 pieces of chicken half and half but only got 6. I have zero respect for restaurants who cheat out their customers specially a first time customer. Very over priced for 6 pieces of chicken. I paid just less than $33 with delivery fees and a very generous. The chicken didn’t even taste good. I’m extremely disappointed. I will never order from this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love their chicken. Crispy in the outside and very moist in the inside. Chicken has always been my comfort food, and they did satisfy my craving. Best of all, they serve rice :-) Parking won't be a problem. Maybe it needs work on the interior design of the place to make it more appealing and inviting to eat. A personal favourite is the Snow Cheese and Honey Buttered Chicken. Staffs of the restaurant are very accommodating. Two thumbs up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walk in to place an order for 12 pieces of chicken at 6:35 pm. It was communicated it will take 15 minutes. At 7:15 pm it was communicated it will be another 10 minutes. The order is ready at 7:25 pm. If they communicated it would take +40 minutes, I would not have ordered and went to a different establishment. They lied and are way too slow.

One of the simplest things they've done that puts them above any other chicken place was that the chicken was in little mini cardboard pizza boxes instead of styrofoam or the flimsy wax lined carboard for takeout and that kept the chicken crispy even after the 20 or so minute drive to our house. Texture was still amazing, the flavor, I was honestly expecting the garlic soy to be my favorite but the snow cheese. That's my new favorite, it's cheesey but ever so slightly sweet. Honestly could have just had 12 of it and lucked the box clean
The poutine too was actually layered a bit and not just gravy thrown on top, and of course curds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered via the app, they called to confirm the order, yet still did not include the coleslaw in my meal. They also nearly forgot to include the beverages. The chicken was very average. I would choose the nearby KFC over this any day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chicken from here is delicious. The down sides are : majority of chicken pieces are drums & wings 9/12 pieces , large fries is small. It’s comparable to everyone else’s medium at best. And last, they want you to order through their own App which is a pain to use. You have to wait for a code to be text to you to finish your order. There is also a user fee. The service from the store is good. Waiting time is appropriate for fresh chicken. Ample parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the mood for fried chicken but not Popeye's. They make crispy chicken that you can dip with their sauces. The chicken wasn't too oily, the sauce wasn't spicy enough for me.
I prefer SFC over this, but this is far more convenient.
