★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming to the place for 3 years ,......and my Nissan had a noise in the muffler and so I took it to get it repaired and a day after the repair they told me they had to order a part and would do a follow up appointment when the part came in ,,,,, said I could continue to drive my car ,,,, the moment I took my car from this place my car started leaking oil ,,,,,, so I took it back and they told me that it was sealant problem that was leaking ,,,, so I waited a second day for them to fix it ... I got my car back and then it started to leak green antifreeze.... So in total they had wasted 3 days fixing my car and it is still not working the same ....they promise they check everything but they do not !!! I do not recommend this place at all ....

Got a great deal on rims for my Tesla, several quotes for different tire brands, and they even patched my tire for me on short notice when I ran over a screw. 10/10 experience everytime. They truly go above and beyond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve only been to this location twice, and my most recent experience was a little concerning.
I had my car dropped off to have my tires swapped over, and after picking it up, Something seemed a little off. The front of the car seemed wobbly.
After getting it home a short while later, I checked the Bolts on both front tires and they were hand loose.
I understand you’re supposed to get your tires re torqued within 100km, but this was immediately after leaving the lot. Leads me to believe they weren’t tightened in the first place

Cody was the person who helped me and i am beyond satisfied with the service I received. I had to get quite a few things done to my vehicle, Cody gave me all of my options and made suggestions through out the process. I can not say enough great things about my experience at Trail Tire. They are my new go-to auto centre!
