Although there was no favorable choice for me, the associate was kind enough to refer me to another branch with a great sense of help and smile .

I wasn't even going to stop here and thought the kit shops may be a better option. I am glad I did stop here, i got the boot I wanted and along with a military discount, I was able to get it for an amazing price.
I fully recommend checking them out. They may not have what you are looking for, but hey...they could surprise you as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly people. I came to choose a pair of footwear for work. Ladies showed me 4 or 5 pairs. They knew what sizes should fit from each model. They quickly judged from my preferences what to show to me. And finally, I picked the pair of shoes that fits. The whole process took maybe 10-15 minutes. I was completely satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience for us. My wife and I went in there to find work boots. Two ladies working in the store at the time. The young lady as very nice. The older lady had a bad face impression. We left at first but returned to buy some 250 dollars boots. Same face!!! I tried the boots at home and never took them outside. Now a few weeks later I changed jobs and didn’t need such big boots. So my wife went back there to return them and this woman as like super grumpy with my wife. I can only tell that lady this way that she as lucky that i wasn’t there. I would have ripped her a new one.
Here is the thing. They have a great selection and o wanted to come back there to get lower work shoes. But after this experience i will not spend my money there again.
But for sure this was just our experience. Hopefully that missable lady isn’t there when you go there.
We won’t go back there for sure

The customer service and sales staff is second to none. Cant say enough good things about how they treat you when you go in for whatever you may be looking for.
