Great experience at this store! Our contractor recommended them, and they knew right away the type of baseboard we were looking for. Very fast service, excellent price. Plus, they made it easy for our contractor to pick up the order.

Prices are out of this world and some issues with available stock, however staff were helpful and between 2 locations enough board feet were located.

We've ordered custom/weird sized doors from them for a number of our apartments. Just before fitting them in the RO I hold my breath in anticipation of how they'll fit, and every time they've been perfect.. So far we are 13/13. Have another order in right now and going for 21 out of 21 doors being a perfect fit. Customer service, price and all that other stuff has always been great too. We also got all our trim from them..

Issue: Not honoring price given on phone. Rude manager. Date/Time: 2021-AUG-09 @ 17:15 Earlier in the day I called this location to find out if they had any 3/4" walnut plywood in stock and get the price. I spoke with Jet (salesperson) initially, who informed me they had 1 piece and it cost $219.99. He handed me off to Brian (manager), who informed me that the board was damaged, but he would reduce the price by 10%. I arrived at the store and saw the damage on the board and the price tag for $219.99. I asked Jet to help me load it on a cart, and we took it to the front to pay. On the way to the front I reminded Jet that Brian had offered to reduce the price by 10%. He rang up the purchase the board scanned in at $289.99 ($70 more than the shelf tag and phone quoted price). I reminded him of the quoted/tag price, which he confirmed (see photo). He asked Olinda (manager) for assistance after explaining the issue. Olinda then went to the shelf to verify the price, and after making some grumblings about the lower tag price, ripped the tag off the shelf in anger and marched to the front of the store - visibly upset. On the march to the front she exclaimed she guess she could match the tag price, but nothing less. I explained that I was quoted that price, less 10% for the damage. She informed me that that was no longer the deal. If I wanted the board, I would have to pay the tag price, no discount - she was reneging on the agreed price. I was not happy as I felt this was dishonest. I also noted that many retailers follow the Scanner Price Accuracy Voluntary Code, which should see them at least give $10 off the lower price. Olinda looked at me like I was crazy and reiterated I could have it the sheet for $219.99, or I could leave without it. Having my wife and two kids in the car and desperate to get out of there with the sheet of plywood, which I needed - I paid the $219.99 price and left. I want to say that my 1 star review reflects the attitude Olinda gave me, and for her going back on the agreed to price. I understand she may not have liked the agreement or tag error, but she should have followed through on the agreement. Jet was awesome though. He was very helpful and polite. I really appreciate him helping me get the sheet and load it into my trailer. Jet deserves 5 stars. Update: Just at the South Windsor Plywood. Just got more 3/4” Walnut plywood in stock. Regular price: $179.99. Save yourself a headache and some money, and just go to the South Windsor store!

I think it's dumb that prices are different from other Windsor plywood places. Since they are individually owned they should at least price match. I think it's also dumb that when they have the receipt in their system they make you have the receipt in order to grant you a refund.

Came for some doors, found the stair components I have been looking for. The staff were extremely helpful as well as friendly with a sense of humour. We had a great chat about projects we have done and have in the design process. Very informative.

I will be looking for some lumber for a home renovation project soon, and am pretty sure I will be returning to Windsor plywood--I have only started shopping but it seems that they offer many options and a good selection. I also would like to thank Windsor Plywood for accepting donations of dog beds and other items on behalf of Second Chance Animal Rescue (SCARS) at their stores. Much appreciated.
