★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady that assisted me with my purchase was a very nice and accommodating person. It was her first day on the job and I found her to be so friendly and happy. She was trying so hard and I appreciated her help. I think the girl training her was not very kind to this girl, and I felt that was disappointing. Especially when she was trying so very hard. Love my new purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love this store. Although I do have a concern that not all staff are offering the same courtesy as others. The lady in front of me was asked if she wanted to go on their list and she would receive a birthday email with a discount offer. I was next in line and I was not offered the same offer. Not sure why.

My husband went into this location after work one evening, and even though he was still in his scruffy work clothes the salesperson was friendly and very helpful. I went back in a couple days to pick fabric and order our furniture. I had a different salesperson helping me, and they weren't pushy, or rushing me. They made helpful suggestions and let me take all the time I needed. I will definitely return to this store for future furniture shopping. Can't wait to get our couch! Also really happy to be ordering furniture made in Canada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I frequently shop at the Urban Barn at Skyview in Edmonton. The staff there are ALWAYS friendly, and super helpful with design ideas. More particularly a shout out to Emily who recently went over and above expectations in assisting me in obtaining an item from a different location. Thanks to Emily and the other ladies!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love shopping at Urban Barn. The store carries unique and different furniture and decor. Bought a beautiful tray for my coffee table that matches the wall clock on my fireplace. The best thing is that the store is Canadian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service skills. I was waiting to pay with an item in my hands right by the counter while 2 employees were casually chatting with other customers. The employees repeatedly made eye contact with us but did not acknowledge us once, nor did they show any urgency in helping us. I guess they like to prioritize their white customers.
